Generally things went well and I will make use of the service again. Some pain points that you may want to address: - For the original pick-up of the Ubox container at my house, I selected a delivery provider from the list provided, paid on-line and got a confirmation SMS of the pick-up. However, on the day of pick-up they did not show up. When following up with the helpline, it turned out that this company was not a delivery company at all, but a janitorial company. So I had to go pick up the Ubox myself. Perhaps you can just make sure that the companies offered for a service actually provide that service. Secondly, the lock I placed on the box was broken off. Nothing was stolen (not much of value in the box) but it was clear that someone had a look inside. Thirdly, the company delivering the box gave us a two-hour delivery window. However, they showed up two hours later, so that my wife and son waited for four hours for nothing. It will be great if the delivery partners can contact the client to update them on delivery time (we understand that things come up and that there could be delays) so that the client can continue with other things rather than just wasting time.Johan V.

outside of receiving a Truck that check engine light luminated 8 miles away and the Rep Victor instructed me to call roadside assistance is a joke? Victor is rude, unprofessional and does not represent U-Haul to a true meaning of good client outcome... Worst client experience ever! This location needs constant quality control checks (from upper management or service assessment personnel posing as customers) to assess customer service. On this visit, one employee smoking a cigarette sitting in the install bay directed me to another employee for assistance in hooking up a trailer, with a poor attitude as if I was bothering him during his cigarette break. On a previous visit, I had to hookup a vehicle tow trailer by myself, as I was in a hurry and one employee told me he was going to move his vehicle from blocking the trailer. That employee began to assist another in washing a truck, while another moved the truck blocking the trailer and went into the break room, leaving me there. I waited over 15 minutes for assistance in the hot sun, before deciding to attach the trailer on my own and proceeding to my destination. The trailer I was assigned (6x12) had a wobbly tire on the driver's side.Rolando P.

1. Ordered mobile pick up, it was not ready for mobile pickup. 2. The truck was dirty upon arrival. I had to wait for it to be cleaned. 3. CSR Tim was rude, unprofessional 4. Did not have the two furniture dollies that I reserved 5. Told me I could get an extension only to double charge me for the rental. 6. Contacted manager, no phone returned phone call. 7. I was there yesterday and the man serving me was very unprofessional and rude, this is a very reputable company but bad manners and customers service is unacceptable. I can't remember his name ,matter of fact I don't think he had a name tag on . He was a African American man mid age , there was also a Caucasian man there very nice and professional. Note that this was not my original location. Uhaul failed to assign a unit to my reservation leaving me high and dry. The next available unit was 36 miles away (72 miles round trip). To add insult to Injury no one bothered to call, leaving me quite surprised/upset when I arrived. What's the point of a reservation?Randall M.

Perhaps a little training on how to properly installed the towing dolly equipment to avoid any accidents or safety liabilities. First time renting a towing dolly and had to figure out by myself of how to secure car to the dolly other than that it was all else great.Neftali R.

â€¦coulda been more smooth. Pick up was easy enough, locating the specific piece of equipment was not. We were in search of the 'sport trailer' aka: â€˜clamshell on wheels' for just a bit more cargo space on a family vacation. Without any luck through the Uhaul website I called the 1-800 number and explained our wants. Rep was super professional, found our equipment and booked it for next day pick up. Forward one day, went the reserved location- wrong equipment. Called the 1-800 number again, explained again to another super helpful rep that actually found the only ONE located in south Florida and reserved it. No problems! Returning it was a quandary. Upon arrival back to the same location there was only one attendant assisting people outside. I waited a bit, then went inside to find two employees sitting and paying more attention to their cell phones than the happenings going on around them. I had said I was there to return our trailer and that the gentleman outside was busy with one particular customer for sometime. Their response was that they were pretty short staffed and another shift was on at noon (mind you it was 12:10PM).. welp, I returned outside to continue to wait. After a few minutes someone did come outdoors to assist.. asked me if I knew how to back up a trailer to which I then pointed at the back of the vehicle where the trailer was already disconnected from the vehicle awaiting final inspection. He stood around then meandered off to assist the next person/vehicle. I don't have time to wait for service.. especially bad service. I asked if he needed anything else to which he mumbled 'naw.' I thanked him then went on my way. My advise: get rid of people who don't respect others, add value to your business or help lift you up. They are your worst commodity.Stephen K.

Trailer was dirty outside and inside. Safety chains were worn and previously "repaired" 1 tire needed replacing. Reserved at my regular Uhaul in Dadeland. Got a call on Sunday at 4pm that I had to go to another location in Perrine to pick up the trailer I reserved 10 days in advance. Not a location I would go to.Denis J.
If I could give a zero "0" to this location I will do it and will give another zero to the manager "Nichi" it was the most horrible experience I've been through, Truck had a leak and my boxes were destroyed, my mattress soak in water but what made it really BAD was the attitude I received from the manager claiming all his trucks had a sticker claiming their trucks had a leak and they won't be responsible for any damage, that that's why he insist on his customer to get an insurance and since I had purchase the insurance I should call them and deal with them, that his location had nothing to do or could help me out. If just the fact that moving could be very stressful he made it 100 times worse. I will never use the Perrine location again!Nidia A.

Had a reavastion at 9:00 am pick up and when I arrived there was 9 people in line before me and only one employee doing agreements. end up waiting until 9:40 am by the time I was done picking up the truck. customer service SUCKSMELVYN P.
The original location was closed and I need to call several times the customer service department to get another location to pick up the truck. I spend almost an hour in the location until someone in customer service answered the phone. Eventually, I could get the truck however it delay the moving for two hours.Hector L.
Truck was DANGEROUS. The rubber flooring cover next to ACCELERATOR was out of its trim holder. It kept jamming my foot. The STEERING had too much play. The top of the GAS CAP broke off when I was refueling. Please fix this before some has an accident.Jorge D.
