My father dropped off U-Haul without knowing that he had to fill up U-Haul when dropping it off , they did not even offer that option for him or tell him a single time about this . He could have went and filled it up before dropping it off since he had until 7 pm . The U-Haul was driven maximum 40 miles and we got charged 50 plus dollars for gas . Very dishonest
Vitaliy VI have been coming to this location for almost 9 years. The managers and counter agents have always gone above and beyond for me making sure I get a truck with gas and get in and out of there. The newer manager seems to be busy every single time on personal calls to home not even looking to complete my transaction. The other day she charged me additional $ for gas when I had a photograph showing the correct amount. She always added me to a "no rent list" by mistake and "meant to call me but it got busy" that delayed my next pick up over and hour trying to sort out what had happened. I miss Armando and Chris. Never a problem always great service.
MELISSA KI told Front desk worker I needed a U-Haul one way and was going 60 miles to Fairfield. She was so u helpful and non communicative that she booked me a in town truck and when I went to drop it off in Fairfield they said they can not take my truck ended up getting charged 190 fee. That the lady over the phone said would be taken off for their mistake. Was never taken off.
NOAH GI sort of highway hideaway spot. No place to park. That's the only thing. We had to park out in the street

EDDIE LI was a little unsure how to return the truck after hours, then I read the sign posted up front. A guy pulled in behind me to return his truck and asked do we just leave it here? He didn’t know either so I directed him to the sign. After that is was a clear and easy process.

TRON SI was charged twice and overcharged by 170.00. Rented a truck. Drove it a total of 16 miles yesterday. Stopped on way back to return and added 6 gallons of gas. Was charged twice for fuel and fuel service. Called store I rented from and they said they credited my account. Still dont have money back.

HUGO STrailer was a little beat but worked fine. Was worried they might think I caused some of the dings but nope thet didn't try that.....Reasonable price and service beyond what I expected.....The guy with the long dark hair that hooks you up I hope gets paid a lot. Very patient gentleman and seems motivated to give the fastest service possible all while being very friendly.

RICHARD CThis a great location, though challenging because they have no parking on their lot for customers. This will evidently change. Great, friendly, efficient, and helpful staff. If you need movers you should try FAST TIME MOVERS - fasttimemovers.com 916-529-2365 Two hour minimum-$125/hour. Daniel and Lala are great! They are fast and very careful with your cargo. Always friendly and upbeat. You rent the U-Haul and they will provide the rest. They have all the equipment like blankets, wrap, floor protectors, ramps for the threshold, all the stuff you need!
