The associate (Sharon) was knowledgeable and friendly. She was an excellent example of true customer service. She made getting the equipment my wife and I needed for our move simple and easy. She represents Uhaul very well.
CLOURSE HThe package of moving blankets and the hand cart that were in the truck were in the way while I was trying to pack it. Offer to remove those things if he customer doesn’t want them.

Raelynn DThe team did a great job in all areas. The pick-up truck was perfect with a great bed and comfortable seating. My need for the truck took some additional time and I was able to extend my time easily. The return of the truck was fast and efficient. The only issue I had that prevented me from rating it excellent was no parking for my vehicle on the lot. You have to park on the street which added a loger walk back to the lot. Years ago, you were able to pak on the lot which made the experience 1000% better.

FRANKLIN CPadlock for truck door was problematic. Very difficult to lock and unlock. WD-40 would help. Other than that this was a great experience and the staff at this location were fantastic.

MOHAMMAD MThe staff has always been very helpful and professional. I have made my last 3 moves with U-haul at this location. I have appreciated the logistics department with each move that, naturally, did go entirely as planned and required several changes. The onsite staff has always offered good advice and helped me decide which equipment would best suit the job, along with always being friendly. The equipment has always been clean, well maintained and in good working condition. It was especially important this last move from CA to WA. Thank you to all who helped make it possible!
PAULA CHaving used 5 different uhaul locations across NorCal over the last year, some purchased by me some purchased by coworkers, I am happy to report that this 11351 Pyrites location is hands down the best I have used. Service was VERY FAST, which is great. Truck was ready and accessbile, easy to leave and easy to return, people were smiling and cheerful, and parking my personal vehicle was easy as well. The gentleman that checked me out was swift and cheerful, and Katie who checked me in helped me returning my unused goods. Katie especially brightened my day after a day full of hard work. I will only use this uhaul location from now on.

Marcus Pubject: Dispute Regarding Final Invoice – Truck Rental on September 28, 2025 Dear U-Haul Customer Service, On September 28, 2025, we rented a 15-foot truck from your company. Upon reviewing the final invoice, we noticed several discrepancies that require correction: 1. The invoice recorded the starting mileage as 139,538, while the actual odometer reading was 139,572. This error resulted in an additional charge of 33 miles. 2. At the time of pick-up, the fuel level was only sufficient for approximately 13 miles, even though the rental agreement indicated a fuel level between one-quarter and three-eighths of a tank. 3. Upon returning the vehicle, the fuel gauge showed one-quarter full, with approximately 10 gallons of fuel remaining—more than the amount provided at pick-up. 4. The actual mileage driven was 220 miles, but the invoice shows 253 miles, which again reflects the same 33-mile discrepancy that should be refunded. 5. An additional fuel charge of $11.05 was applied, which must also be refunded. Furthermore, at the time of pick-up, I specifically requested a truck with lower mileage and in cleaner condition, as we were transporting fresh flowers for a major ceremonial event in San Francisco. Despite the availability of several suitable vehicles, my request was denied. If the assigned truck had developed a problem, it could have caused serious and irreparable harm to the event. Please note that we have photographs and documentation supporting all of the above points. We respectfully request that you review this matter and issue the appropriate refunds without delay. MOHAMMAD Dthey provided what I wanted and the expected time that I wanted I returned the truck right as they were closing and the amount turned out exactly as the estimation showed within $3 dollars!!

ALI MWe have used this location multiple times over the last 10 years and it's always been fantastic. My only gripe this time was that the instrumentation (and especially the speedometer) on a Chevy cargo van is totally unreadable with sunglasses on. I think we can blame that on GM, not U-Haul. If you need a cargo van, don't use a Chevy.
MICHAEL MTruck was not where the app said it was, it was on the opposite side of the parking lot. Equipment was not ready so I had to wait for the place to open. Then the guy who opens the place that day said "here by yourself this early? You must be poor"

WILLIAM SI received great service and a very nice 15 foot truck for my rental. The Rancho Cordova center provided the exact size truck I needed, as the location I needed to go could not accomodsdate a larger truck. Sharon, and Amado and Amado staff were very polite when interacting with me. They were also understading of the my anxiety about moving and let us see the truck before the rental. RICK LYou have a living saint working for you at the Pyrites location. He was the only employee on duty! there was a customer filling 10 propane tanks and about 4 customer in line to rent trucks. Your employee was calm, patient, friendly, and even smiled and thanked me for my business and wished me a good day. You need to give this man a raise.

MARK LI found the truck to be under what I expected. Plus I rented it for 7 days and was quoted mileage at .78 cents a mile and was charged 1.09. Misrepresentations all around. Plus I added one day at the end and the charge should have been $20.00 for one day and I was charged $99 plus. I’m not happy nor will I rent from there or recommend it to anyone. Get it in writing!!
SUSAN PFull bag of dry cement was in the trailer with additional cement powder and rocks on the floor of the trailer. The most horrible situation when working on a time crunch to pick up brand new furniture before they closed only to find out I had to clean the trailer and pay the warehouse guys $40 to help and dispose of the cement. This was also a serious safety concern as the trailer was very unstable driving from the U-Haul to the furniture store. Considering the heavy bag of cement and additional rocks was in the very back by the trailer doors this could have caused a serious accident as the trailer was bouncing around. This was not the case when I dropped it off empty. The employee that hooked up the trailer was in training so needless to say I was very concerned that he hooked it up correctly.
