Pick up location was fine however This is not where I reserved to pick up. Due to the company redirecting my pickup location, my day began off schedule and was delayed last minute. This did not make me happy.

Sandy PI've rented there for many years now. When I arrived, I parked in the location where I've always parked. I met by what I assume was the manager and she informed me that I needed to park out on the street even though there were many empty parking spots. Next, I had rented 30 moving blankets. Same person informed me that she could only give me 20 as she needed to reserve some for other customers that might need them. So much for the reservation system. All in all, I'll go to one of the other locations from now on as I'm not pleased at all with this one.
James WPerson helping me/checking me out was very nice and helpful. Truck was clean and appeared to be well-maintained. My only complaint was that the gas tank was so low when I picked it up that the low fuel light came on immediately after I left the parking lot, making me gas it up quicker that I had planned to.
Robert bWhen I returned the vehicle, the app told me to park it and take a picture of where I parked it. I pulled out of the equipment return, and proceeded to attempt to park it in a spot. A worker came out, and was absolutely the most rude person. Her attitude was unwarranted and uncalled for. Instead of asking if I needed help or anything polite, she asked rudely, "what are you doing?" I responded about how the app had directed me to park it and take a picture. She proceeded to get more of an attitude getting loud, going off about how, "WE WILL NOT RETURN IT." Look, I understand jobs are stressful. I understand that it is not easy for me to understand anyone else's stress. Yet, I will make sure I never come back to that location again. The way I was talked at, was highly uncalled for.
Summer BStaff was great, strong customer service and got me on my way quickly. The return was even easier.

Laura MMy day started incredibly frustrating with a reservation at a liquor store location off of Sunrise Blvd with a truck that had a 'check engine' light and hardly any gas in preparation for a 200-plus mile trip to Tahoe and back. When I mentioned the 'check engine' issues to the attendant, they suggested I take the truck to the nearest official U-Haul location off of Pyrites Way. From here, Sharon Macias on Pyrites Way took care of me with great satisfaction! She seemed like she was having a rough start to her day as well, but she quickly pushed that aside and treated me like I was the most important person in her day. Although my frustration lied with a two-hour delay to the start of our move, Sharon made my day with her generosity and understanding, and I made sure to let her know with gratitude and a big hug!

Michael HI rented a 10-ft U-Haul truck for a move from Citrus Heights, CA to Portland, OR, and had a great experience. When I picked up the truck, Sharon was fantastic—efficient, professional, and incredibly helpful. She even called the drop-off location ahead of time to make sure everything would go smoothly, which I really appreciated. Her attention to detail and customer service made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. 5 stars all the way!
JILL GMan who helped me was lazy, handed me the key and that was it. Couldn’t get seat adjusted so I had to go back in to have him help, he was not thrilled. Did not look over truck with me and the dolly that I rented was not in truck but was still charged for

The return was similar, with a minimal wait and excellent customer service. The only area of improvement I suggest is the equipment cleanliness. While the interior of the trailer was free of loose debris, the floor could definitely benefit from a good washing to prevent soiling and marking the loaded contents, which in turn transfers to the floor, walls, etc of the new location of those items.

GEORGE WMy father dropped off U-Haul without knowing that he had to fill up U-Haul when dropping it off , they did not even offer that option for him or tell him a single time about this . He could have went and filled it up before dropping it off since he had until 7 pm . The U-Haul was driven maximum 40 miles and we got charged 50 plus dollars for gas . Very dishonest
