Don't tell someone they have 24 hours and then call them at 7:40 am saying that I have to bring the truck back by 8:00am ! Other than that the staff was nice and the truck had some awful way of starting it! If my nephew wasn't there I wouldn't been able to start it! The ignition or something is wrong with that truck! My fuel rate was misread. I purchased gas before drop off and was charged in error. The staff must have misread. Plus I was there at 7am and it didn't open till 730am AND didn't include my requested dolly. PLUS truck was parked so tight next to other truck it took me 15 minutes to get out of space on pickup
The person working, I believe named Ruben was exceptional at his job! He was not on a cell phone like the majority of people in today's society. He answered every question and did not take his time; he thought about my time and specific needs!

First place I stopped did not have touch free pickup ready so had to go to another store. Got my 20' truck there but they only had 22 blankets, versus the 36 I ordered. When I dropped the truck off in Centerville, OH, the system had not been updated to note that I only had 22 blankets. Additionally, once I was 5 minutes into my trip, I looked at the contract provided me and there was at least 1/8 to 1/4 difference in the amount of gas that was indicated on the contract versus what was in the truck. Because of the original truck not being ready for me to get, I was pressed for time and unable to turn around to challenge it.
There was some confusion on picking up a trailer and delay at the Jefferson Davis location had to wait a least 45 minutes due to one fully trained person.

Love the one on hill street by Southside plaza
Had confirm reservation for cargo van 19.00 a day @ 69 per mile. Upon arriving at location the cargo van was not available. I was asked to use a 10 ft truck at same price, however I was charged 89. a mile instead of 69. This there change and I paid the difference of $5.40 which I feel was not fair to me. Truck was dirty, seats torn, and when cut truck off at pick-up had problems restarting. No I would not recommend this location.
The experience was good buy we had to go out of our area to gett the trailer. None of the local Uhaul dist. had the equipment.
Workers were polite but only one of the four was wearing a mask. Not in the best section of town. Would not want to be there at night. Not the fault of the workers but the computer system was down for almost an hour and they have no way to process anything without it!
The staff really takes the time to give you info about there equipment.
The staff was all very helpful and friendly. This is my second time going to this location and I'll definitely be back in the future.

Very friendly staff and fast service
I was misinformed about the rates on more than one occasion. I was also told that I would receive a refund after returning to vehicle and I didn't, this was a flat out lie. I had to contact customer service to resolve the problem. This was not a good overall experience.
I had a wonderful experience, ended up use the truck longer. I no trouble changing the rental time.
Uhaul van had a tire pressure warning that wouldn't go away - seems like the problem has been allowed to persist. Employees were NOT wearing masks!!!! Even thought there was a sign saying masks must be worn, the employees were not having them on as they should, thereby putting customers at risk!!! Is there no protocol in place??? Also, I came in with a VIP credit that the employees did not know how to implement and needed to call someone else to figure out - meanwhile my credit card was charged nonetheless. Apparently the charge will be amended but altogether this location was being mismanaged in too many aspects!

I do not know the young lady name. She was really awesome! Was very professional and knew her job well. Had my vehicle ready in 10 minutes. That was really fast service. Keep up the great work.

Customer service was awesome!!! The truck handled well (although I had to be towed in the mud)!! Only setback is that the mileage is a set-up to balloon the final payment without the consumer's intent.
first have the equipment where is was reserved and then sent to another location an hour away only to spend an hour and a half there to be told we couldn;t have that trailer because it was a local trailer then to be sent another hour to richmond where finally at 11:00 am not the original pickup time of 8:00am.terrible service.unexceptable.
Vehicle had check engine light on, paid for dolly and furniture pads neither was on the vehicle. Was told to come back to pick up dolly once I arrived at the location was told they haven't had dolly's in three days had to go purchase a dolly which I expect reimbursement for. This has been the worst moving experience of my life and will never use U-Haul again for anything.
Third location I had to go to because the item I reserved elsewhere was not ready. The GM at this location was amazing but the Broad St & Boulevard locations were terrible. I went and bought a trailer so I never have to rent from U-Haul again
Trucks need to be checked for leaks in the box area. My truck rental had a leak and a few boxes were wet.
Was not informed in a timely manner of this drop off location.
Employees were very respectful and pleasant.
Agent got me a credit for the dolly.
Niki and Tiffany were very nice and professinal. Niki got my trailer hooked up quickly, explained how to do it, and got me on my way fast!!
Nothing to improve, someone by the name Nakita helped me and my friend when something unexpectedly happened.
It would be most beneficial to the health of your staff and customers to repair the air conditioner as well as clean up the water damage on the walls and elsewhere. I'm a health care provider and felt quite frustrated that a national company would allow this to go unchecked. I could smell the water damage through my mask and imagine there is mold involved at this point. It was clear that the leaking air conditioner isn't new given the visible damage along the wall. Having said that, your staff was most professional and courteous! I can't believe she is working in such an environment. I can not, in good conscience, recommend this location to ANYONE. I only wish the young lady there helping me today could work elsewhere for her own health.
My reservation was cancelled three times, in addition to that the truck was filthy with a heavy smoke smell.

The customer service reps were nice but to wait 2 hours for a truck when My reservation was at 11 and I didn't get to pick up the truck until 1:00pm No compensation for me waiting
Just continue what your doing and keeping a warming personality and Loving smile with it I like that the way they they talk and makes you laugh you feel like you're part of the family I like that
