I was not happy with the stated fuel level and found that the truck only had 1/8 of a tank rather then the slated 1/4 and returned the truck with more then 1/4 and was credited 7 dollars

Very upset with the online reservation process. Booked a trailer from the white lane location. Showed up for my appointment at 730am to pick up the trailer. Didnt get helped until almost 8am just to be told they didnt have the trailer in stock. Was told that I could pick it up at a different location across town. Very inconvenient for me, loss of time and fuel to have to drive to both locations. It would have been nice to have gotten a call the morning of or the night before that the trailer was at a different location. As a business owner this practice is unacceptable for customers. This makes me not want to do business with U-haul again.

Im really impressed at how Alberto Contreras keeps his cool for such demanding customers. He should be the one to train other future employees. The one who served me, cant remember his name ,was nice at first but was losing his cool by raising his voice to some customers. He had an attitude when i asked him if he could move his Uhaul up so i can get out with my vehicle and he yelled "Cant your ass get out? " i said "no your ass is too far out" he said, "well, im only moving up a little bit." ....he totally likes to lose his cool as i observed him also getting loud with another customer. Although, mpressed with Albertos cool atitude

Waited in line over an hour to get the truck. Truck didn’t have half a tank like they said it would. Waited about 30 mins to drop it back off.

Make sure the first location is up and running ( parts and battery) or call us . The 2ed location is open . So the 3rd location got us in a truck with no gas . But I made it work had to wait till the next day to move but it's done and Over with.

Had reservation. Waited for two hours for a young employee to check material out. Wanted a 9x12 trailer told largest was 5x9. Received a call told 6x12 locates and needed to be taken out.. finally after 3 hours left and went back following morning. MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE! A customer heard the way manager spoke to me and offered his assistance. After that manager was friendlier and offered discount. Got to store today at 755 employee got there at 703 then had to open registers etc took another 10 minutes. Rent grim U-Haul numerous of times. Worse expierce wver

The gentleman that helped me in Bakersfield was excellent and very kind. I was treated horribly, however, when I went to Desert Hot Springs to return the truck! I went there because you're people on the phone told me that's where I would go to drop it off. It turns out that that storage place is a third party who treats U-Haul and U-Hauls customers like we are diseases. They refused to refund my deposit thing they didn't have cash. They then wanted me to drive all the way to thousand palms California and my concern was that I was going to go over the miles and return the truck with less gas in it meaning I had already filled the tank. Then I was redirected again to Palm Springs. You need to do better why not working with third-party sites and making sure that all sites how cash ready to return to customers who put down a deposit. This was a horrible experience and this should not have happened. The customer service representatives for U-Haul do not know where are not adequately informed about these types of situations and you need to make them aware so they don't send people to the wrong places you also have to work out agreements with all your third party temporary is that which ones that they are to refund your customers or you will lose them in cash if they paid in cash. Not take it upon themselves to refuse to pay cash in other words break the agreement with U-Haul just because they feel they might get robbed or whatever the situation is. I'm sure there are a significant amount of people that rent storage from them and do pay cash, right? Get your act together U-Haul. That was very poor customer service.

I reserved my trailer with the drop off in Wofford Heights. Uhaul contacted me when I was in transit and told me I had to drop off the trailer in Bakersfield which was an hour and a half out of the way. No to mention the cost of gas also. We had to take time out of our vacation to drive the trailer to a place that was not the agreed upon location. I feel I should have been given a refund for the rental since they did not fulfill the agreement. I will be contacting them on Monday and hopefully they will be responsible and do the right thing.

When I got home I decided to check my lights again. The trailer blinkers were opposite (right blinked left , left blinked right). My suggestion is to be a bit more careful and confirm that the lights work appropriately. I turned the connector around and all was well.

U-Haul of Southside was wonderful. However I originally selected the location below to drop my trailer. When I arrived I was told by the owner that they do not accept trailers, so I had to make alternative accommodations on the fly.
