They have very bad customer service when I went to go drop off the item a guy by the name John and a lady name Norma we're arguing with a customer in front of a lot of people that were waiting in line very bad customer service and the way they were talking to her was very disrespectful I will never rent anything from the store again they have no respect !! The lady Norma didn't even check me out and I got there at 12:25 she just told me to leave it on the corner and she will check it out for me very bad customer serviceLETICIA V.

Well I was on the don't rent to list and had to settle that I had tried to rent something at a so called U-Haul location they ended up not having a truck with a catalytic converter and put me on a haven't received vehicle list that I never rented so my experience was a little slow at first then I took care of it then rented a truck brought it back within an hour an half and was charged 69 bucks so all in all I guess it was okaycourtney D.

My first booking sent me to a place that was supposed to have both truck and trailer, this was not the case and they only booked me for a trailer. Then I was sent to another location which did have a truck and trailer. The associate booked my drop off at a location that closed 2 hours prior to my return time. This was not disclosed to me. The location also did not have a night drop set up, also not disclosed to me. I called the Fresno office to get guidance and was told that I would have to drive to another location for drop off and they could extend my mileage by 20 (which I appreciate) but they would not cover any additional fuel I would need to add to get the vehicle back to 1/2 tank. I was passed around a few times on the phone before I could speak to the Sacramento Regional Office who I was told could assist me with reimbursement or credit and that was not the case. I needed to call the 24 hr customer service.Daniel Z.

The cargo van I rented was very dirty. The location was understaffed and I was charged for three gallons of fuel for a ten mile, two hour rental after already being charged $0.79 per mile. There was nobody available to go over the vehicle upon departure or return. It was a very poor example of customer service and a bad experience all around.Timothy E.

Front desk service was great but the guy that I returned the truck too was really moody and accused me of breaking the wood inside the truck when I ask him to show me he turned and walked away talking to me as if I was a child, I did not appreciate the attitude from him he needs to learn how to talk to people,even if he's having a bad daypriscilla W.

I had a pick up at the Brimhall location, showed up at 6. Couldn't log in to the app, couldn't get help. Once I logged in, it showed my previous reservation at union and Brundage. The rep was able to fix the issue. I pay for the truck get my box number and the code does not work. I call again and they gave me 3 other codes non worked, by this time it's 7:20. 1 hour 20 min later and we are rushing to our original location, union and Brundage. They had to call the 1-800 number to be sure they could rent me a truck since it showed one out already under my name. Finally they give me my truck key, nightmare over right? NO! The truck was not ruining properly! I would press on the gas and it would Rev really loud then finally pop in gear. It was even worse in the freeway!! The deck door would jam about 4 inches before closing so that was fun. I go to turn the truck in and I get charged with a $25 fee for not moping the truck! I swept it like always but this time not every single spot looked perfect. I forgot the furniture pads and asked if I could drop off without being charged and I was told no so I got hit with another fee. I was later notified I was supposed to inspect the truck through the app before driving off but I didn't I was already 2 hours behind schedule! Worst experience ever, if you need a truck to move go Budget or Penski don't waste your time here with their "covenant after hour check out.Omar D.
