Staffing was not adequate and I understand why. For such low pay, how could someone stand to put up with UHaul's nickel and dimed customers and all the intricacies of every transaction along the way. Second, I had reserved a trailer for 10 a.m. When I got to the store, I was told it was scheduled for 4 p.m. and that no such equipment was at the store at that time. We were given the option of not being able to do our work that day or paying for something that was more expensive. We were not even given the option of other excess equipment at the price we had contracted when we reserved our equipment. Third, staff are not given adequate PPE. Staff would come in the building with no mask. Another wore a mask with nose exposed, which makes the mask mostly useless except to conceal their identity. At the point of being in the store, we had no good choices and had to take what we got or suffer worse costs. I understand that this is part of the UHaul business model, but our incomes and logistics cannot handle these economic and social vulnerabilities. Workers are asked to do too much without being given authority. In order for this to work better, their discretion would be valuable.

My first initial encounter with this location was being hung up on 4 times to arrive at the location 5 minutes later to find a young guy standing by the door and a young gal at the register on her phone and no customers in the office. My first thought was here we have children working here to cut costs. I called to extend my rental and couldn't get through again. I would have to say my overall concern was not being able to reach them. They were all professional pretty much!! They did their best . Communication is key in this business

Have the gas tank full on all trucks when picked up, then filled up when returned. much easier!!! no body wants to get gas before making a more!!! Thanks

I wish to commend Madeleine, the customer service rep in the store. I had issues of my own making with my reservation and she went above and beyond to help me and straighten things out. If there were a form to nominate someone for employee of the month, I would nominate her in a heart beat! Kudos and accolades to Madeleine!

I loved the service I received and the employees are super nice and they work hard! I also lost my credit card outside the U-Haul truck when I was dropping it off and he called me within minutes of leaving and I was able to get it back. Honest people. Definitely hard to find these days! Thank you!!

The employee who told us where to park and helped unhook was very helpful and friendly. Problem was getting the receipt via email. Dropped off on 10/1 at 11:30am. Still didn't have receipt 24 hours later so sent email to Uhaul customer service - NO HELP - just said it appeared they hadn't checked it in yet - da! Still nothing 36 hours later so tried to call the location of drop. Sat on hold forever until transferred me to a regional location who assured me I would get a call back from location that evening. Never received call back. Received email receipt at 3am on the 3rd says it was dropped off 20/2 at 6:30 - which wasn't the correct date or time. Overall experience with Uhaul at 2 of 3 locations and on the phone was below poor.

We chose no contact rental/pickup. Went through the process through the app. Got our truck number. Went in the parking lot to find truck. When we found the truck there was a guy telling us that they rented the truck to him. We had to go inside and stand in line to get another truck. Not once did the rep apologize for the screw up. We chose non contact for a reason.

I wish I had known that I'd have to wait in line for keys for Mobile pickup, the instructions were to go to the truck and it was cold out. This location had one person working inside and the line was long. Luckily I had already entered the line because I didn't understand the validation process. The location was great, my comment is only relating to the mobile option.

Cory is a zen guy. This is a good place to rent a UHaul. ps. My last trip I forgot to carry the contract with so didn't know how much gas to put in. I guesstimated. Let's see how that turns out.

Madeline was a star. There was an issue with my original truck that I discovered during the walk around that would require maintenance n the vehicle. She took swift action and get me out the door with less than a 10 minute delay. Wish all my customer service experiences were like this.

During the initial move (June 28), the person running the office temporarily was rude and uncooperative with my movers when I needed a third box (this was not Corey, the manager). The need for a third box was not UHaul's fault. Eventually we got the box. When the boxes were delivered (Sept. 15), one was empty! How the box IDs got switched, we don't know. The staff got right on it and located my missing box, which was delivered the next evening. The manager, Corey, refunded the delivery fee, which I appreciated. Otherwise, things went well. Special shout-out to Michelle, the driver who delivered and picked up the boxes. She was friendly and professional and observed COVID protocols. I would use UHaul again, despite the issues.

If U-Haul offers contactless drop off you should honor that feature. I parked the truck took pictures and I tried to follow the directions the website was telling me to do but couldn't find a drop box for the keys. I eventually had to go inside the associate working told me they didn't have a drop box and I had to give my keys to the guy out side so he could park the truck. This caused more work for me and the workers. Totally defeating the purpose of the mobile pick-up drop off. It also took me 45min standing outside in the rain just to get my truck causing me to miss out on time with the truck. If I wanted it for 45 more minutes I was going to be charged another $30. The Whole experience was very terrible

Ricky was a magic worker! We wanted to unload our Ubox during a really busy time for them, which wasn't super convenient because the return lanes got super busy - but Ricky made it happen for us!
