The customer service was great. The on-line experience was great. The truck was ready. In my opinion, the experience could move from good to exceptional by tidying up the facility and bathrooms and indicating available parking spots. Good luck!

The mileage cost GREATLY raised the final fee! Since we have to pay for gas as well, $1.19 per mile added almost $50 to our bill. So the $20 for the smallest van is misleading, and makes me want to explore other options next time. I will also be forthcoming with that info when talking to friends. Other than that, booking the van was easy and staff was very helpful.

The people working/(I believe the manager) was so terrible. Standing around doing nothing while there was a line, blatantly not answering phones (they put someone on hold and laughed that they weren’t getting back on the line) and just seemed like they were goofy off. One of their friends came in and were talking loudly while helping me.

I took the time to use the UHaul app, but when it came time to pick up my truck the app wasn't working and so I had to re-do everything with the agent...pretty frustrating!

Customer service rep needs to be more professional. She was helping us and also responding to personal text messages on her phone numerous times. I think that is unprofessional to be doing personal things while trying to help a customer. I felt like we were being ignore because she kept touching her phone.

I very much appreciate this UHaul location, have used their services a number of times before, and plan to return whenever I need a rental truck or trailer. The people are great, equipment in excellent condition, and selection and availability of equipment very good.

I did not get a bill. I was charged to my credit card. The milage on paperwork and actual mileage on vehicle did not match. One employee smiled and cared.they told me they would adjust bill but nothing was done yet a week later.

There weren’t enough people working. It was impossible to get in to the parking area because people returned trucks to the incorrect place. The woman working at the counter was nice, but complained the entire time about how busy it was. It was annoying and inefficient.

Strongly recommend choosing another location. Extremely poor customer service. I would be generous if I give them 3 out of 10 for the level of service, help, and overall satisfaction. If you don’t care about customer service and don’t mind being valued, then go to this place. I am not sure if they forgot YOU are the customer and YOU are giving them your business. I must admit that Chris, the employee who physically got the truck for us, was berg helpful and I had the opposite experience with him from what I encountered with the receptionist and/or manager.

The online rental process let us down twice. First, I reserved my truck a month ago for a specific date and time. Arranged a dozen people to help move and you call me two days before and say the truck is available at a different time. After saying that was not acceptable, I needed to select a smaller truck, further away to rent. I go to pick it up and the online system made me wait an hour until the facility opened to get the truck. Never again! Your company is not reliable! I will take my business elsewhere and warn family and friends
