Check in person was rude and cursed under his breath at customers. Never called when vehicle was complete had to go in person. Vehicle was done for 2 hours prior. Unprofessional environment, can tell good employees are hard to find in this market environment. How do you improve the culture is the question. Lots of work to be done, start with holding employees accountable.

My main problem was hiring movers for you guys that no-showed twice. Now I'm being expected to pay for extra days for the truck and the trailer the trailer being something that I agreed to do as a favor to U-Haul. I couldn't get my truck unloaded because the people I hired through you never showed up I then had to go out and find different Movers and pay almost twice as much to have them unload the truck several days after the return date. I still have yet to receive my money back for hiring the movers that never showed through you guys. Honestly any of the days past Sunday the 25th if you guys want to get paid for them I would reach out to the two moving companies that I hired through you that never showed up they're the reason I had to keep the truck and trailer the extra days

They rented me the wrong kind of trailer.On to work for what I needed to tell them what I needed.The back door wrap on the 6 / 12 was too small.To fit a UT v through and then they wouldn't trade it.And I was 2 hours away, said I had to take it back.No one would work with me. Told them what I needed.

The interior of the cargo area was covered in dirt. I swept it out when I returned it.

Confusion abounded. Asked if I wanted to return to a different location. I said yes and mentioned Cook, MN. They told me they would send me updated text with new return location. No such update was sent. I returned on the morning due back to point of origination. I got a call later asking me why I had not returned to Virginia MN. Surprise to me. Then the following day I get another call asking me if I was still keeping the trailer. Complete confusion.

There are some very helpful and courteous staff at this location, and some who need training in how to engage with a customer. I can't remember any names, but there's one lady in particular who makes little eye contact, answers questions in a tone that makes you feel you are bothering her, and doesn't seem to care to take the effort to smile when greeting you. I'm quite sure management knows who this person is, and I wish they'd do something about it.

I’m partially ADA/handicapped and the young man & all the young men I experienced renting this and Wednesday were amazing! Upon this return he opened my Uber door and made sure I got in my ride. Totally respectful and appreciated :-)

This place is 5 minutes from my home and I have rented from there multiple times. The ability to get someone on the phone is between average to very difficult and they never call back or "get right back to you" if you are put on hold.

I don't have many friends but I suppose I would tell someone if they asked me that I went to that location and the people working there were nice the first truck I was going to use was dirty and smelled like fake weed. The second truck I rented was cleaner but they were not clean in the bed. But I suppose they don't have people sweeping out the trucks.

Everyone who was working on 3/24/25 between the hours of 7am-10:30am were fantastic. Picking up & dropping off each time I was promptly greeted by a worker who made the process so easy & painless for me both time. The person working the counter inside was on top of their game and set me up with a wonderful truck. Couldn’t have asked for a better interaction.

Honestly it was great at first till when we started to load up the trailer. There was some kind of paddings in the trailer looked unused and new. I was gonna take it out but the worker said no just leave it there and so I comply and left it. After we loaded the trailer onto the truck he had asked me to meet me at the corner down thw road and meet him there and give it to him. Made me feel like he had used me and the trailer to steal the paddings for him which I felt uncomfortable but unsure of what to do so I did it anyways thinking hmm maybe he tryna help the homeless with something worm and left and meet him at the corner down the road. Which he could have done so himself when his car was literally right there next to us but made us do it a block away just for him to put it in the car? Me feeling at the time yea he made me steal it for himself the cameras doesn't catch him putting it in his own car. Honestly not a good place to go to again for me.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had at any U-Haul. The manager there and all the workers were exceptional. Can’t speak highly enough of this team you have at this office. I have been to two other locations and this one is best by a mile.

There wasn't room to park the truck at the drop-off spot, and I had to wait 10 minutes. In addition, I made sure the fuel was returned at a quarter tank as I received it, and was charged for extra fuel. Very aggravating!

We were told that we were not going to get charged for an extra day, but, we did. Not the $20 per day, we were charged $30! Not to mention we were only 1 hour late on the day we were to have it back. We did not need the extra day, but like I said we were charged. WE SHOULD BE REIMBURSED!!! The trailer leaked and got food, boxes and wood furniture wet, not like it was raining hard.

Ricky was a magic worker! We wanted to unload our Ubox during a really busy time for them, which wasn't super convenient because the return lanes got super busy - but Ricky made it happen for us!
