The owner did not treat me with respect as a customer , he disregarded any of my questions and also wouldn’t provide me with information I was asking for , I had a Lyft out side waiting on me and he took his time not wanting to check me out or give a receipt. As a Avis manager I would never treat my customers as such. He made me feel very low as a customer . I hate I gave that location my service. The employees was fine the owner himself Mr. Rand treated me with total disrespect and I am a very respectful person. Even his employees says his a a**hole excuse my French.
ARTERRIUS RThey had no idea how to do their job and they could barely speak English. We just got back from an International trip and had to ask these guys to repeat themselves over and over again in the time I was there. Horrible experience. Rude and don’t care about customers.

MICHAEL EThe staff was just smart asses. the location doesnt have camera equipment and forces you to use your own phone to complete the rental. When I asked what do you do if you dont have smart phone, their response was literally, "this is 2025 you dont get a truck". then they send the link to my phone and it doesnt work so the staff had to use their own phone and i guess my licenses and information is still on some random employee's phone. all around horrible delivery of service. The equipment was clean and nice though. so there is that.

RUFUS ADon’t know what they could have done to make it any better. Flew in from Portland with a 6:30 pick up res and even though their system was down they managed to work around the problem and got us on the road on time

PHILIP SYou charged me for gas when I put gas in it. I only went 13 miles. No one even came out to the truck and checked the readings when I returned it. Employees were just sitting in the garage talking to each other. Also walking lights all were flashing in the dash board throughout trip.
JOY CRobert didn't know how to give my cash deposit back. I guess that don't do cash rentals there.
