YOUR APP IS A JOKE, I REGISTERED TO PICK THE TRUCK UP AT 8 AM., I OPENED THE APP AT 8 AM AT THE STORE AND IT SAID I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THEY OPENED AT 9 AM TO GET IT. WASTED TIME AND HAD A BUNCH OF PEOPLE STANDING AROUND WAITING TO HELP MOVE, NEVER AGAIN.

Our UHUAL was not properly inspected before checked out to us. The Box was partly detached from the truck which made it undriveable. I am very disappointed in the service and feel I should not have to pay for this UHUAL as we felt in danger on the road in it.

You were efficient with the booking and pick up of the van. *It was easier getting my question (about rental price) answered by a manager. So I would suggest you tell junior workers to refer the customer to a manager when they are not sure of an answer, rather than repeating the same line four or five times getting the customer nowhere. * I asked to deliver in person and had to find someonein the office to do this. The "yard " worker told me he could not deal with me as he has so much to do. It almost made me late for work. *Overall I had a very good experience.

I went to the counter where there was one person in line and no one at the counter. One associate helping someone with accessories. 3 employees standing in back. I asked if we could get some help at the desk. I was told by a young man lighting his cigar. “I don’t work at this location and these guys are on break. If you don’t want to wait you can go to another store down the road.” That’s exactly what I will do the next time. Thanks for the advice.

The WORST customer service I've ever had! No explanation about drop off locations. I was told it wouldn't be a problem to drop of before 4 days and 24 hours a day. It took multiple phone calls averaging 30 minutes to find the drop off places .... Yes.. it took finding two places and driving around with the car hauler to actually find a place to drop it off at. Waste of time! Waste of energy! Employee in Nashville was a lazy excuse for a person!

I called several times and was on hold for an hour until I finally decided just to go into the store. I needed to change my pick up time. When went in the store the line was 6 deep. Once I got the truck, the parking lot was so tight that I had to have someone come pull it out just to get off the lot. The add says 19.99 but this is misleading because the only way one gets this price is if they reserve it, check in, and leave it at the lot. I drove it less than 8 miles and was charged 48 and some change. I also got the 14 dollar insurance. .99 cents a mile is overpriced. I won’t be using U-Haul for my next move.

Quick drop off and very friendly staff. I was told to drop off at a location 30 minutes south of where I was staying according to the text I received the day after my pick up. Explained this to the man and he stated it wasn’t a problem.

I was charged for two days when I only used the truck for a few hours and returned on time. What should have been a $30 rental plus gas somehow ended up being $81 despite the “contract” showing the advertised price. The staff was not helpful at any point; in fact, when I initially went to the store to pick the truck up there was nobody even there. After people did come in to the store to check out the truck I reserved, there were employees in the office area repeating numerous expletives (many very racially explicit). I will not ever use this company/service again.

I walked in and waited for five minutes. Then I was around back and found the two employees playing on their cell phones. They looked at me and said, "what do you want." I said I wanted to rent a trailer. They kept on listening to rap and talking about Wendy's. At the end of the transaction the employee refused to give me a receipt and said, "dang man you think we tryin to jip you?" I don't know his name but he is a very large African American guy with a beard.

If a customer completes the express check in online, there should be no reason for the clerk to make them produce their driver's license again since pictures have already been uploaded. Also, it's very inconvenient if you don't have your phone with you. I didn't bring it, because I had already completed the express check in online. Seems very redundant and essentially nullifies the time spent completing the online checkin.

Samson was fantastic. Helpful, patient and understanding. We thought the floor of the UHaul trailer we rented was very dirty. All the boxes became blackened with soot. But it was easy to rent, pick up and drop off. We are storing our items at the UHaul storage facility nearby, and Tyler Cash was also very helpful. Great experience.

Try to have at least one person inside the office for customers...when I went inside there was one other person waiting (he said no one had been around for about 5 minutes) and I waited for about 5 minutes more. Other than that, everything else was great.

There were 2 trailers the size that we requested. The first one they hooked up had bald tires, not safe to travel. The second one did not have working lights. They gave us the next size larger at the same cost, however, the larger size was more difficult to pull and I am guessing towing the larger trailer caused our truck to use more gas.

I requested a dolly, but it was never given to me. I have had awful experiences with uhaul for 4 years now (multiple locations across several states), and while this was not horrible (minus the missing dolly), there were no redeeming experiences this time. I’ve only continued utilizing this company because there are very few other options available. I really hope this company improves in the future.

I use Uhaul for all my moves and have never had a problem at this location. It’s clean, staff is friendly, and the truck availability is good (even when I make switches to my order last minute, they’ve been able to accommodate!)

There was only one staff member on duty. i waited an hour to pick up a prebooked truck. When additional help arrived the staff members used profanity and inappropriate language for about 10 minutes before they assisted customers.

My reservation was changed from the N 1st Street location to Wedgwood without my knowledge. I rent from uHual almost weekly and this was not acceptable. The customer should be consulted about a change in a reservation. Because if this change we were an hour late to the event we were attending. Topgolf as an organization is not happy with what happened.

It was very dark and entrance was blocked by truck. Had no idea where key drop box was. Eventually the lights came on while I was trying to check vehicle in in the dark. Found someone who told me where to drop key. Realized where entrance was which was now open and truck had moved was where I should have entered. So dark(timed lights should come on earlier) so I could now see enter and exit sign. Tried to move truck but I had already checked it in and it would not start.

It was a terrible experience I will never rent a truck there again. I had a problem when I left the truck at the store. There was an employee (there were two and the problem was with the older one) that was washing cars in the back of the store. I did not know that I should bring the truck to the check-in, so I parked. Suddenly, the old man starts to yell at me very angry. He told me that I should not park there and now he would have more work to do. I told him that I could bring the truck at the check-in but he told me that it is not necessary anymore. When he started with the check-in he saw that the cart was loose and he said that he would charge for that, but it was loose from the beginning. In the end, I had a bad service and I paid more that I should. I will never use this service anymore.

I told the salesperson that I wanted to pay cash for the pickup we rented.He said that would be fine but to come back in the morning at 7AM. The next day was Sunday and come to find out they didn't open till 9. I live 45 mins away. When I got there they had already ran my rental on my credit card. I was livid!!! They made my checking account go in the negative which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. I just hadn't had time to go to the bank that's why I didn't want it to go on the card. I called the 800 number and they said I had to talk to the manager of the store in Nashville. Well he doesn't work on Sundays. Not only did they lie about the truck being $19.95 (it ended up costing me $80.00) but they charged me at the bank plus I had to drive the 45 miles each way. The guy that waited on me said the $19.95 is basically for just the keys!!! Talk about deceptive advertising!!!!! I have used U-Haul for every move that I have made but this is the last time I will use them!!! I 'm done!!!!

the process of using the app is very frustrating and time consuming. Really saves no time and is annoying as heck AND did not work. You should at least have better and clearer instructions. Allow the DL to be loaded ahead of time. The cell coverage at that location is not the best so dropped signal a few times, never got box code. Eventually had to call/text someone in Phoenix, go inside and talk to a person who had no clue but eventually was kind and helpful enough to give me the keys. Overall not a great experience.

Better time management letting the customer know in advance (more than the day before) of their confirmation. I wasn't from the area in which I picked it up and the morning of my confirmed pickup location, I arrived to find out they did NOT have my equipment. I had to go to a different location in Nashville. I was on a time restraint as I was driving back home to Savannah. Not a pleasant experience with Uhaul. My traffic manager was very rude when I called. I will NOT be using Uhaul in the future. Hertz.....here I come. Also, no recommendations to my Soldier buddy's to utilize Uhaul

Hire friendly staff that actually care about dealing with customers. When I went to return my trailer here some fella comes up to my car window eating a bag of chips and asked what I was doing there. Told him I'm dropping off a trailer, his response was "our parking lot is full". I said "okay, what do you want me to do with it?" He said "We notified everyone, did you get a notification?" I said "no" He said "Well that doesn't change the fact that our parking lot is full" To where I said "It doesn't change the fact that you still haven't told me what to do with it". That's when the individual sent me to the shit show of a branch in Nolensville. Stand by for that review.

Easy access location and everyone I dealt with, except for one, were extremely helpful. They seemed a little behind organizing the U-Haul’s that were just dropped off and one employee snapped at me several times and was extremely rude. But that was an isolated incident and everything else was fantastic.

The truck had a quarter tank of fuel upon pickup, though they told me it was full. I went back inside the store to make that known and no one was there/I couldn't find anyone to help, no one came out from "the back" when I called to them. I also discovered a major scratch on the front bumper that had not been noticed. Luckily for me, I took photographs of the scratch and of the gas gauge, as well as the odometer. The guy that was there when I dropped the truck off tried to charge me for the scratch, the gas tank and the odometer. Luckily I was able to provide time-dated, photo evidence of the pickup truck when I picked it up. The pickup rental still cost me over $150 for 2.5 days and 3 trips to East Nashville from the Belmont area. 10/10 will never step foot in this Uhaul location again. Did I mention I stood in a one-person length line behind for over 30 minutes after previously reserving the pickup online to avoid this? I would request a credit or some kind of refund, but I don't want to sit on the phone for 2 hours waiting for "customer service" to pick up. Thanks.

This is one of the rudest stores and staff I have ever experienced. I recorded conservation when I returned and the people are so lazy and more interested in visiting with buddies that come there

I called the day before and asked to have the manager call me. The girl took my name and number but I never got the call. The day of return and wanted to change the location and I was transferred five times before I got the right person. The props on the phone were horrible. By the time I spoke to somebody I was screaming at her from frustration. She took care of it properly and it wasn’t her fault. I would not go through that again.

Uhaul changed my pick up location without asking me and it cost me and my wife about one hour of extra time! Not happy with Uhaul. This has nothing to do with the pick up location dealer! It is Uhaul policy!

I did not get advance notice of when the truck should be returned until I received the keys. In the past I had 24h with the truck, this time it was under 4h! Additionally, everything is done electronically now, which would be fine except whatever system is in place clearly doesn't work since the attendant and I sat around for 10-15 minutes waiting for the code to arrive before he could let me drive off. With only four hours to do everything this was a waste of time. Just give me the keys!

I was told when I picked up the trailer that I could drop it off at any Uhaul location to return it. Today, I called the nearest store and was told that I had to go to the Wedgewood location, or else I would have to pay fees. This location is overcrowded with trucks and trailers and extremely understaffed. It was a 30-40 minute wait. There were only two employees, and they were working extremely hard to accommodate the long line. I was very impressed with how friendly and fast they were, once it was my turn. There was very little space and the employees had to constantly move trailers out of the way, so people could get out. They ought to get paid 5x as much, as they were both clearly doing the work of five people. This is an unacceptable way to treat employees and customers.

My "mileage limit" was 200 miles, but the distance I was driving was 183 miles. The distance from each U-Haul location to my respective move in/move out locations is more than 17 miles, therefore even if I had driven EXACTLY the route I needed to drive, there was no way to avoid the "mileage limit" which I think is a load of bullshit. No one at your company told me how to raise the mileage limit, and I ended up paying $17 extra because I went over (as I expected). I also think it's ridiculous that we are expected to hook up tow dollies ourselves unless we pay a fee. But you're in the business of making money so I don't know what else I expected. I will be exploring other options (i.e. NOT U-HAUL) next time.
