Mario is Terrific. He's Very knowledgeable, wicked helpful and goes the extra mile, which is a happy surprise these days; especially in stressful moments like moving. On two separate occasions I asked two separate employees questions; (1) about products and the reply was always, "I don't know." (2) asked about pushing pickup time 2 hrs and was told no guarantee for a truck. The manager overheard and said of course you can move your time and walked the employee through the easy process. Maybe a little more staff training needed?? Overall, I've used this location a few times and have been very happy with trucks and staff. Again, big Kudos to Mario and the manager.

Paul CWell first off I e rented 2 uhauls in the past couple months and this time I wasn’t in the system so I had to do a bunch of unnecessary crap which I dislike. Then the truck I got was so raggedy that I couldn’t get over 45-50 before it felt like the frame was going to snap because of the violent shaking it was so bad it caused my furniture to shift loose. That is not something I would recommend to anyone let alone a friend.

CARLTON WHave always had great experience with U-Haul. This rental a different story. Horrible from start to finish including getting overcharged for mileage that has been filed as a complaint. I have pictures. Shame on U-Haul!!!

Benjamin Rthere were a lot of UHaul trucks there. Sometimes I thought it was kinda hard to navigate the driving lane. I thought I might bump into the trucks. I dropped truck just after 7 pm (closing time)

David SThe guy checking people in tried to check me in twice after keeping the truck and extra day with only 1/8 tank of gas and it was wrecked and he tried to blame me! I called to dispute and they watched the video footage of the return and the truck had a 1/4 tank of gas and wasn't over the mileage allotted AND it wasn't wrecked. Geez......
Kathryn WVery clean and equipment ready to go. Question on process. Even though I ordered on-line I had to redo all the paperwork when I arrived for pick up. Just curious why the paperwork is not transferred at time and location of pick up.

David MThe people st this location were great. I had to book at this location last minute because the location for my original pickup (Lavergne) tried to out me in a truck with the engine light on. Glad the 8th ave location worked out!
James CI was told that my one way rate would be what I was initially billed (around 145) otherwise I would have returned it to the same location on Tuesday for 145. I was ultimately billed nearly $300. I didn't expect that.
Daniel MWas told they would check my miles after I dropped it off. I could have got it online for nearly half price. The two guys that rented to me were using f bombs every other word. Guy helping took a personal phone call and continued to use F bombs every other word. It was very bad customer service and cost more than just getting it online.
