The guy checking people in tried to check me in twice after keeping the truck and extra day with only 1/8 tank of gas and it was wrecked and he tried to blame me! I called to dispute and they watched the video footage of the return and the truck had a 1/4 tank of gas and wasn't over the mileage allotted AND it wasn't wrecked. Geez......

Very clean and equipment ready to go. Question on process. Even though I ordered on-line I had to redo all the paperwork when I arrived for pick up. Just curious why the paperwork is not transferred at time and location of pick up.

Guy helping took a personal phone call and continued to use F bombs every other word. It was very bad customer service and cost more than just getting it online.

Eric DThis location has a violent man hanging around it all the time and staff even commented that he's been an ongoing problem. This man shot a gun while I was passing him to get to the building and police arrived quickly. Also, there were no controls to move the side mirrors nor could I adjust them manually. That's very dangerous considering not everyone is the same exact height and I had to strain to see out of both of them

Robert BThis was a convenient location for my daughter's in town move but the 10' truck cab smelled like someone had been smoking Swisher Sweets and has to keep the window down the whole move. Also the driver side visor would not attach and kept falling down in my view.
