Chris HDreadrick was super friendly and helpful. One of the easiest rental experiences I've ever had. I made my reservation online fast and easy. The location was stocked with moving supplies. The trailer was clean and pulled nicely. Would recommend this location to anyone in the area needing a uhaul.

Sean GI think it is ridiculous that you are charged an “after hour” return fee. Especially when you return the equipment two days early allowing Uhaul to put it back in rotation sooner and make money on it sooner. A deterrent for returning equipment sooner than later for sure!
Dawn KI pulled up, and a fella popped out, and before I knew it, the trailer was disconnected and I was driving away. The interaction was quick and cordial. These are employees who take pride in their work.
RICHARD OIt was honestly a terrible experience. The desk worker was rude and vulgar. I asked for estimates to drop off at another location across town and eventually gave up because he could not give me an actual number. They proceeded to give me a truck that had less than a half tank of gas. Despite only driving 30 miles, as noted on the invoice, they charged me for 8 gallons of gas. I did call customer service and they said they would get me a refund in the next few days. I would not recommend U-Haul to a friend after this experience.

MARCELI VI was originally supposed to pick up the truck at a different location. Only to be transferred to another location where the truck was not available. Then finally transferred to this location where someone was able to help me. So my experience with U-Haul of Wedgewood was as expected. However my experience overall with this process from UHaul was a mess and terrible.

Mark BNot very pleasant. Been to the Nashville wedgewood location a couple times. Did not have the dolly rental i ordered and weren't very apologetic at all about it. I had to go to another store and buy one.

ALEAH AThe store was clean, but the computers were very slow. There was only one person ahead of me. Took at least 45 minutes per customer to check in and give them the key. It took 3 tries to upload my selfie and driver's license pictures. The driver door had to be banged to close.

David KCustomer service was rude and unprofessional. They said first that they don't have the van I booked online, and they cannot do anything. Then someone came in and drop off a van, so I took it, they said they didn't have the dolly I booked online, so I went outside to look and I found one. I took the van for less than an hour (I couldn't move what I needed to move which is not their fault), I dropped the van off at 3pm, and the final receipt has an extra $20 charge for an after hours service. $90 for a terrible service and terrible customer service, I literally got yelled at for mentioning I had checked in online, and not to mention the 20 wait time until someone spoke to me.
Mohamad DI am extremely dissatisfied with my recent U-Haul rental experience and am requesting a refund for the additional fuel charges as well as compensation for the unacceptable service I received. I reserved a truck along with two dollies well in advance specifically because I needed them to move heavy furniture and boxes. When I arrived, the truck was already extremely low on fuel and actively displaying low fuel warnings on the dashboard. On top of that, the dollies I reserved were not available. The lack of dollies created a major problem on an already stressful moving day. I specifically reserved that equipment because it was necessary for the move, not optional. Instead of providing a solution, I was told to go to Home Depot to find dollies myself — which turned out to be a waste of time because they did not even have any available. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was not informed ahead of time that the requested equipment would not be available. Waiting until I arrived effectively trapped me into proceeding without the equipment because changing plans on moving day is nearly impossible. That level of communication and preparation is extremely irresponsible. To make matters worse, I was charged $43 in fuel-related charges, including a $30 fee for returning the truck under 1/4 tank, despite the fact that the truck was given to me already below 1/4 tank and actively showing low fuel warnings when I picked it up. This entire experience caused unnecessary stress, delays, additional work, and extra expenses during an already difficult moving day.
CODY SI'm not sure why I was charged an extra $49 for additional mileage. The plan was always to deliver the material to Smyrna,TN and back-track to Wedgewood. Where did the extra mileage come from since I returned the truck a day ahead of time?

Stephen DIt was so bad. We reserved the truck and when we went there They told us that they didn’t have the truck and they change location and we went to all the location. They said the same thing that they didn’t have a truck so we had no choice to choose another one where reserved and still or not giving us the truck you want.

ALEAH AThis particular location never seems to have someone working at the cashier's area. There is no customer service, there is no interest in making sure you understand the rules/expectations in a helpful, friendly and concise way- you are told just to go find your truck. The Uhaul website also malfunctioned- wouldn't take my photos of the truck- it creates a sense of mistrust, as if you are mainly interested in getting more money for damages not caused by myself. It seems like you are not so much interested in protected your trucks, but rather just scamming customers.
