The place is too crowded, with no parking, the trucks where full of garbage and dirty and the service super slow!!

JESSE MVery bad in customer service!!!, very very bad, i cant believe one person told me to park over there. I park and trust them as part of taking care of customer, but guess what NOPE. Instead of helping me the safety of my Car BUT they put me and my car in RISK. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. I GOT MORETHAN THAT I PAID MY CAR TO GET BACK IS NOT enough, GIVING me billions Hassle today! I am so upset of the way they handle me. ONE OF THE PERSON THERE KNOW TOLD ME WHERE TO PARK!

John WI was charged for equipment ie; pads and a dolly. I was charged for gas that was accurate on return and charged for optional insurance which was declined on original contract. A 56.00 dollar rental turned into 240.00 dollars and it took over a week to get half refunded. I will not use uhaul again.

OVETTE AThe staff in this U-haul location are very helpful, regardless of how busy it is (they were non-stop)! I want to say Greg and Lisa were amazing! They maintained such a positive attitude regardless of how chaotic the computers / customers were. Sheena also helped me when I had further questions. Greg, Lisa, and Sheena addressed all of my concerns, and that is why I would go back to this location. Thank you again!!

Isaiah WStaff was very nice. Disappointed i was back in town on time but had a flat tire and uhauls roadside service took 3 hours to fix a flat tire . Was charged an extra day waiting on roadside. Next time I'll just drive back on bare rims I guess.
RICHARD SI made reservation for a van way in advance and when I got to location - they did not have it. I had to take box truck, one I am not comfortable driving, and it does not fit into parking space I was going to, but there was no time for search. It definitely was inconvenience, and it is not first time that happened to me with a U-Haul. Girls in the office apologized and give us dolly and blankets, to put us in ease, but I drove away with a vehicle I did not want or needed. I don't know if I will use this location again.

ALEXANDER DAllowing customers to have same day U-Haul without a return time and then charging 24 even if U-Haul is returned same day at later time before closing basically allowing customer to return rental before closing with no fee only charge if U-Haul is not returned during business hours same day

KEVIN CFirst off I just wanna say the staff was great. But other than that the experience was horrible. After signing up for my truck which was fast it took 10 min for someone to come to pull the truck up. Then they couldn’t find the truck so got me another one and then I had to wait another 10 min to update the paper work. And then I finally get in the truck and the AC is broken as well the passenger side mirror was out of place and it was too stiff to adjust. Dropping the truck off was seamless tho

MICHAEL RGot Delayed because the trailer was stuck on my truck. Had to come back and get a different trailer. And that one sounded like it needed some love and care. The customer was 10 . Need repair some of y’all equipment.

TYRONE RThe office person was so unprofessional talking about her personal life people’s private parts and cursing I felt so uncomfortable also the yard has so many trucks and trailers to where it was hard to receive the trailer and return it this is horrible I will not be returning here
NANCY RIt’s a very popular drop off but if you arrive when they open, there is nowhere to pull into for drop off. Trucks and trailers block the entry. It’s on a busy road so it makes it complicated to pull into a parking space then back out once they have moved the rentals (after opening). A trailer return took 30 min because they had to move so many rentals.
CHRISTINE FI think the location needs to do something about the yard it's very dusty, not good for customers and workers health. But apart from that the staff is very professional and pleasant. I must say many thanks to Trisha for help and support 👍 Great service!!
