First the prices are too high for a 19.00 a day fee to end up with a 300.00 bill two days and I filled the tank more than it was ,no problem, in the whole experience I didn't like spending so much s o I will probably seek other rental companies

The office person was so unprofessional talking about her personal life people’s private parts and cursing I felt so uncomfortable also the yard has so many trucks and trailers to where it was hard to receive the trailer and return it this is horrible I will not be returning here

It’s a very popular drop off but if you arrive when they open, there is nowhere to pull into for drop off. Trucks and trailers block the entry. It’s on a busy road so it makes it complicated to pull into a parking space then back out once they have moved the rentals (after opening). A trailer return took 30 min because they had to move so many rentals.

I think the location needs to do something about the yard it's very dusty, not good for customers and workers health. But apart from that the staff is very professional and pleasant. I must say many thanks to Trisha for help and support 👍 Great service!!

The location is is busy with minimal parking, but the the service was fast and efficient. The lot is large and packed with vehicles, but the crew guided me in and got my trailer hooked up in a matter of minutes. Overall good experience due to fast efficient service.

Hire people who care – but you would likely have to pay enough for them to actually care. Provide a better explanation of how your process works and what your fees are. Just give people a full tank of gas when they pick up and require them to return it full. Stop with all the trickery to extract extra money.

The right latch was broken, luckily the left latch for the ramp door was good and I was able to keep out stuff secure.

There should be two lines one specifically for customers with reservations. I don’t understand why a reserved customer has to wait in line with customers with NO RESERVATIONS. I don’t understand pre check in and then check in again once you arrive. It’s repetitive.

The truck ride rough the muffler made a lot of noise paint on the truck is fading. Trish J tge person check me out on returning the truck was excellent her customer relation skills perfect she is a bright spark at this location.I will recommend base on the experience with Trish J.

I ordered and paid fr a trailer and when I arrived they didn't have one. They sent me a block away and same result. He called the one in west Palm and fortunately they had one . I wasted 2 .5 hours running around. Not good business.

There is only one small girl that sits in front of the door when you walk in she was so pleasant but the other worker Jasmine very unprofessional didn't do any type of greeting and instead of checking out she was constantly on her phone looking at Snapchat and videos very unprofessional setting I won't ever go to this location again I received the most dirtiest raggedy truck there was they're not even being looked after the U-Haul trucks upon check out no one tries to assist you to look at the vehicle and check you out they just want you to leave the keys in the ignition Edward stated and they check you out when they want to I have been to numerous locations and I've never seen it that way before no one wants to assist customers and what's the crazy thing about it is that is a prime location being close to Military and they have the most unprofessional workers at this U-Haul facility

*★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with the service* I had a very frustrating experience with the hitch installation. Not only did they *fail to do the job correctly*, but they also *mocked me and acted unprofessionally*. I ended up *leaving with parts of the hitch in my hands*, and they blamed me for “not explaining well what I wanted,” when it’s their job to listen and guide the customer properly. Their response to the issue was even more upsetting: they said that *my appointment was in the morning*, and since I *picked it up in the afternoon*, they *had no idea what I had requested*, and that it was *my fault for not explaining it to the morning crew*. I felt *disrespected and completely undervalued as a customer*. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting to be treated with professionalism and care. *Very dissatisfied.*

Only problem I had was during return of equipment. No one was outside and when I went inside, they told me someone is out there but no one was around and then they told me to just leave it where I picked it up from. No one was there to help or verify that I dropped off the trailer.

I went to the pick up location on Thursday October 2 to ensure that everything was fi e for me since I made the reservation o line and to ensure that I had the correct location. The lady that took care of me offered me a 20 foot truck instead of the 15 that I had reserved because she say that she had lots of demand on that side at not extra cost. I took the offer. The next day when I went to pick up, everything g changed. The guy that took care of me not o ly charged me for the 20 ft rate. He did not give me the 2 hand trucks that I have reserved and the dolly I have reserved. He said that he did not have any more. He did not give any choice but take my loading and onloading with a single hand truck. Crazy..

I had a horrible experience. The gear was malfunctioning. I stopped in the middle of the road while making a sharp U-turn. The gear was malfunctioning and I was scared for my life. Then the middle light would not turn off so I had to drive 9 hours with a light on in the truck on the turnpike and and down I-75 from Florida to Georgia, Then I was charged for gas shortage when truck wasn’t originally full. Imagined how upset I was. I would not recommend U-haul to my worst enemies.

The service reps at the okeechobee West Palm location are not friendly and act as if they are doing you a favor. The kid who unhooks your rented trailer did not come out back to help and the lack of customer service is not even a little hidden. Poor management, poor help and they have a big name that keeps business booming.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received on September 25, 2025. The scheduled assistance was delayed, and I was subsequently charged for a full day of service despite returning the trailer by September 28, 2025 12:55 PM. I believe this billing is unjust, given the return occurred within the same day and only slightly exceeded the designated window.

The online service wouldn’t allow me to check in, no order or organization with truck rental staff, not professional in appearance. My last rental they just assigned me another truck dirty and empty of gas, I didn’t get the equipment I requested just so frustrating to deal with such demand and the supply has so many hinderances. My previous rental was even worse 🙄🤔
