I was driving home and luckily, I noticed the trailer bounced off the ball and was bouncing around and it wound up framing into the back of my truck and caused damage to a brand new truck.

EVA VThe truck I received was poorly maintained and very bad shape. Phone charger port did not work so I could not charge my phone. Neither the driver door and the passenger door will not close without using excessive force when you press on the brakes it feels like the truck is dying and the flap on the back of the truck got stuck and I couldn’t get it down for about 30 minutes so I was stuck with Furniture in the back of the truck unable to move. The truck I was driving had no business being rented.
FABIOLA JTerrible experience with U-Haul. After a flat tire, their technician left equipment under the truck that completely immobilized it, ruining our entire moving schedule. To make matters worse, U-Haul refused to compensate us for the damage they caused. We still had to pay for an extra day even though it was their fault. Avoid this company.

MATTHEW JHire me to work along side your other well organized team of experts currently maintaining the yard and its responsibilities to your clients As i came in to return my rental van @6:30am I just barely found room to fit in and I started to wonder if any one was working . Once I got out of the van and started towards the open bay, I met up with the only person out there and it happened to be a young lady This particular morning was a rare South Fl. 44 degrees out. The worker was busy getting vehicles checked in as expediently as possible all alone. I explained that I was dropping off the van and to my surprise she acknowledged me in a very pleasant attitude and she even gave me a bit of a smile as she instructed me as to where I should leave the key. I rent vehicles from this location quite often and I normally dread having to deal with the young ladies behind the counter due to the very unpleasant attitudes that clearly show they would rather not be bothered with customers. As I witnessed.here carrying on with her duties and the enormous work load before her I truly wanted to pitch in and start working with her . There were more vehicles pulling in as fast as she moved one ahead. As great of a job as she was doing on her own it was clearly a two person job making it an overall, faster and a safer work place. I am an excellent driver with over 40 years of a safe driving record and free of any incidents while operating a motor vehicle. My record Includes years of OT R . driving experience I am now retired and in search of a few days of work each week as a means to stay active , earn a small wage to make ends meat ,and help contribute to making your business run more efficient and cost effective. I indicated earlier that this overall experience has been one of the most satisfying and pleasant as of yet and it would be an honor to know that I am a necessary part of the team that makes it happen.
LINDA PPoor and disrespectful customer service. The person at the front desk, young male in his 20’s sent me to do his job. Wanted to send me outside to retrieve the trailer number when they changed me the trailer because the one they gave me was closer. I told him I didn’t know what number it was and asked him if he could go outside to retrieve it and his exact words were “hell no! I ain’t going anywhere, hell no!. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional and unacceptable.
MARCELO RThis was not the location I was supposed to drop off that I scheduled during my reservation. Nobody called me to tell me the location changed so I drove extra miles out of my way to drop this off. Very inconvenient location to go and wasted extra gas and time.

GODWIN OI reserved a 15’ Truck and a toy Hauler Trailer to get my F-150 pick up truck from Delray Beach to Tennessee and the trailer wasn’t there for me for about two hours wait time until the customer brought it back but I was compensated for it so overall I was very pleased

However we think you should consider having a separate line for reservation customers. Reservation customers should not have to wait in line with walk ins.?

DAVID IIt was already damaged when I got it and I really did not appreciate paying extra to have them show me how to hook up the dolly and unhook it but then they didn't even know how to do it themselves the guy was showing the other guy and it was just a just Madness and then when I went to drop off the dolly i was not supposed to be involved at all and anything to do with driving my vehicle off of the dolly the guy I was telling me who works for U-Haul at the Oviedo location okay left put your left foot here and then put your gas there and I mean I just got done driving for hours and lost a good friend of mine I'm not I'm not trained to do any of that I couldn't believe I was even put in a position like it's not my job I don't I'm so stressful and I need to top it all off he put his leg underneath it the car like who does that did he do that on purpose to get some type of settlement I don't know because I don't have any money for him I don't understand why somebody would not have somebody else that does that kind of stuff do that or why he wouldn't get in the driver's seat and just specially in Oviedo to have him tell just don't get it why they're a customer and an employee difference and I'm not a U-Haul experience driver or customer or employee this is my first time ever using you all and it was so stressful specially in Oviedo to have him tell me he was fine then his daughter called threatening to sue me if I don't give them money which is crazy money for what I didn't put your dad's leg under a trailer that he told me to move that I had no business moving because I was also not qualified and emotionally upset but he in a garage like it's not my job to do that it's their job that's why they get paid from you all

JEROME DIf you're not going to wash or clean the entire van at least clean the windshield windows and mirrors so one can have a clearer view Your counter customer agents also needs to explain to customers in a better detailing manner than just check my phone for all concerns and questions Upon returning the rental I explained to the customer service check in guy outside that I needed a hard invoice copy to take along with me so send all info to the inside customer service desk He said fine he will do it yet still I waited for 15 minutes to get a hard paper copy of my rental invoice

Instead of helping me the safety of my Car BUT they put me and my car in RISK. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. I GOT MORETHAN THAT I PAID MY CAR TO GET BACK IS NOT enough, GIVING me billions Hassle today! John WI was charged for equipment ie; pads and a dolly. I was charged for gas that was accurate on return and charged for optional insurance which was declined on original contract. A 56.00 dollar rental turned into 240.00 dollars and it took over a week to get half refunded. I will not use uhaul again.
