DONALD WTruck had a check engine light and shifted extremely rough. Employee read the light and said it was the catalytic converter. Truck had trouble going uphill with very little load. Truck was dirty inside and out. I explicitly said that I wanted a van or truck for maybe 2 hours was told they were all booked. Same vans and trucks were sitting there when I left and returned. U-Haul should have a better system for holds of vehicles.

Laura PI would recommend the location for quality of trucks but use the 800 number to make the reservation. The employees were nice but didn't seem to be to knowledgeable about options and answering questions. Kinda guessed on cost and it was off until I called 800 number.
WILLIAM YI am not sure if this review is for the box truck that was rented or the trailer, but the box truck that was rented smelled strongly of marijuana upon pickup and it was noted during the check in process that was done on my phone. Over the course of our rental, a joint was found inside the box truck. I don't know what is happening at this facility as far as the cleaning process, but this is entirely unacceptable. If we had been pulled over for any reason, I shudder to think what would have happened.

ROGER LMy only issue with my experience was the cost of the miles. I got a 15 foot truck that costed 29.99 and I didn’t get the $14.99 insurance and I ended up going over on the miles. I returned the truck to the same location on the same day and it cost me $172.00. I think that is crazy!

Timothy WThey said I didn't return it with correct amount of gas. I did unless it read different at the gas station down the road. One guy was very rude. The assistant manager was very friendly but didn't help either. He told me me my drop off was for Friday. I rushed to her finished unloading and get there on time. He then told me it was due back the day before.

TINA Mi brought rental back before 24 hour expired by at least 45 minutes. Location was understaffed and only 1 person was doing everything. Truck was not checked in for an hour and I was billed for extra day and extra day of coverage. I called and had charges reversed but if I was not checking emails I would have been overcharged. How many customers dont check?? Not a sound business practice,
Robert Vnot charge for a full day rental when device is an hr late. Charge an hourly rate after due time.

LEONARDO NInterior was dirty when I picked it up. Not a huge deal. Van ran great and got the job done no problem. Overall satisfied, and will still return in the future if needed.
SAMUEL TThe truck was by far the BEST vehicle I have ever rented from UH. The only hiccup was that I had reserved the vehicle at the Farragut location, and had purchased a roll of strech wrap online. The Farragut location did not have a truck (even though the website guaranteed it would), but they re-directed me to the West Town store. Even though I had prepaid for the product, this store refused to give me the wrap. They told me to drive to Farragut to pick it up. We had a very limited number of miles, so we just had to purchase another roll at the West Town location. They told me to call customer service to cancel the pre-paid order, but Customer Service was unable to cancel. It's not a lot of money, but we do deserve it refunded :/

ROBIN WProcess to register was easy to understand and complete as well as drop off. The only thing that might be improved was the cleanliness of the cab (cup holders and dash specifically).
