JOSE FFirst of all, the truck did its job; we delivered furniture out of state, the price was reasonable, and we're very grateful for that. Beyond that, the young guy checking me in was very unfriendly: no eye contact, no sense of humor, acted like he despised me for taking up his time. For this reason I will avoid this location in the future. It made me sad. The truck was dirty and didn't smell too good. The park petal was halfway down which, thankfully, I figured out before it was too late. Again, we appreciate the fact that we were able to rent a truck, but I'm used to the UHaul in Halls where they're very friendly, they make sure you feel comfortable, and their trucks are clean.

MARLON MThe smartphone rental pickup option was mostly functional despite a few lags and needing to refresh the process. The smartphone rental drop off option failed to process or advance through the procedure. Aside from these inconsistencies, the rental experience was fun and mostly easy. Improving these aspects would help the next customer or a customer unfamiliar with technology based check-in or drop off. Very happy though.

Mike MI reserved the equipment for pickup at another location closer to my house. The reservation went through but then you called me to say the equipment wasn’t there. You added nearly an hour to my day. It felt like a bait and switch. Do not offer someone pickup at a location when that type of equipment is never there. It’s wrong. I did not appreciate it.

JAMES CComputer system to check in was very slow. We spent 20 Minutes at counter getting checked in. Employees were very nice and explained everything. Attempted to check in on app but couldn’t because it was running so slow.

William CI was set up for 24/7 pickup and couldn't get the vehicle till 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning when they opened I wanted it at 7:30 or 8:00 a.m.
KENNETH GOverall, great experience. One thing noted when I turned the tow dolly in. The safety chains were in place but one side did not have the rubber piece on it to "lock" the chain in place. It slipped off twice during the trip back. I didn't have any tape or tie wraps with me to secure it so I just kept checking at every stop. The last check, it had come loose and I attempted to tighten as much as possible. When I got to the destination to unload the vehicle, it had come loose again and the end of the chain was gone. I told the attendant and he noted it. Otherwise, it was a great experience and thanks to U-Haul, I was able to retrieve a vehicle and get it back to the office.

On my return to the store we had a female who I clearly offended when I ask for prof I returned my equipment on time like sorry you had to put your phone down I will never use the kingston pike location again
