Worked with Zach in the Albuquerque office and I had some issues that I was trying to work out regarding timing. He was very willing to help and was able to come up with a solution. Great customer service. Just wanted to say that the delivery person was excellent. She got the pods into a tight location. The person that picked up the pods did an excellent job.

PATRICK SI requested a !0' truck, to tow a lightweight trailer, (Under 2K) The person there told me I had to upgrade to to the15', had to pay more per day and more in gas. The website clearly states that the 10' er is "the smallest" truck capable of towing. Not happy at all with this location, lying about the the capability of the 10' truck and charging me more for a truck that was way too large to pull a small trailer, could not even see it in the mirrors behind this truck!

ANALISA HOn my way from CA to PA, I had trouble with a hitch mounted cargo carrier using a hitch installed at a location in California. I no longer felt it was safe to use and contacted this location hoping they would be able to take a look. John did more than take a look. He provided me with in-depth information that I wish I had been given by the California installation technician. He provided me with various options. He made not just safety but my feeling safe and comfortable his top priority. He and Brenda went above and beyond in everyway I can think of. I would not just recommend this shop to anyone, I consider it example of how all shops should operate. I ended up deciding to rent a small trailer in the end. John helped me get my cargo carrier into it and even allowed me to repack items out if my car into the trailer. My mother and I both felt welcome and I left with a much better understanding of hitches in general. I was a little nervous towing at first but John encouraged me to contact him directly should I have questions after leaving. That small act really helped make everything feel less stressful. I really cannot thank John and Brenda enough! I made it safely to PA and believe that they played a part in that. Thank you!
