Casandra Franklin was incredible. She new the entire operation. She should be promoted to corporate. Amazing employee. I have practiced employment law for 43 years. If every employee was like her I would have nothing to do. I recommend her for any position in the company.

Only issue we had was with the manager, a woman. I'm not sure what her problem was with us, but she seemed triggered, saidnI personally had attitude with her when I did not. She kept going with her attitude so she got attitude back. She had said to me looks whos name is on the building, so maybe that will help identify her? I'm not sure what her name was. But the gentleman that helped as well as the supervisor that helped, de-escalate or that tried to, she was amazingly helpful! I plan to use u-haul in the future when I move my entire house, but if she is there we will probably go elsewhere. She really had no reason to keep going with her attitude and yelling on her way out the door. Then she called the other lady as soon as she was down the road. Sighed heavily when the supervisor had told her we were getting a storage, then said she didn't want us to get a storage unit there. So all in all it was a very unpleasant experience with u-haul.

My last experience was not great with in two hours to get a truck plus did not get the dolly I ordered. But, this experience with so far better was upgraded to a bigger truck due to location and limited supply but, have a great help and service great vehicle to use all went perfectly yes, I thought it would because I didn't think the last experience was consistent with the way do business. This experience was exactly what I expected thank you!. (4-Stars!)

Not charge over $1 per mile and over $4 per gallon for gasoline if we don't top it off... That's highway robbery when your truck is getting like 8mpg!!

The store manager was insulting. It seemed that she was upset with me because I had “bumped “ another customer from their rental. This was one of the most bizarre interactions I've ever had. She was also not wearing a mask during these Covid times.

I used U-Haul for storage, truck rental 4 times and many many boxes. Their boxes are the best. Would recommend U-Haul for all moving needs.

The first U-boxes where delivered on a trailer. This did not work at all. I told them the boxes needed to go on a gravel pad and open towards the driveway. I had to refuse the boxes. I did not hear back from u-haul with a solution. The Nob Hill manager "Cassandra" did a great job and took care of the problem. The boxes finally arrived at night after my help left.

FIX the WiFi under the covering the area provided for customer check-in...as everything is done on a smartphone it is imperative that WiFi is quick. I spent 15-20 minutes waiting while the gentleman tried but kept losing the signal. A 2nd employee came out but could not maintain a signal once he got to us. THIS PROCESS SHOULD HAVE TAKEN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES! The covering is a nice feature since standing in the hot sun in 90+ temps isn't fun so please don't make the removing the canopy the solution.

I am not sure why your per mile charge is $1.29 AND I am responsible for fuel. For transparency, I would prefer to see the rental rate go up, with a limit on how many miles per day. Next time I will definitely look for a facility closer to where I need the vehicle, most of my 21 miles was driving too the house and back to the facility, I only drove 3 miles of actual use.

The Manager of the Yakima Nob Hill Blvd store Cassandra Franklin responded rudely, belligerent, confrontational and disrespectful to me and my opinion on how they charge for the return of a rental piece. Instead of talking the customer through the confusion of the process calmly, Cassandra Franklin chose to respond aggressively and asked me to leave the store with no consideration of the customers opinion. I called the customer service department with no return call on my complaint on being treated rudely in the presence of other customers and employees. Cassandra Franklin stated to us to and I quote "Go ahead and file a complaint, I'll sign it and we'll laugh about it and nothing is going happen, you are wasting your time." Obviously I am very disappointed with how unprofessional a store Manager (Cassandra Franklin) could treat a paying customer. Read and understand the contract for those who do not rent from U-Haul often or you stand the chance of being overcharged.

Still Uhaul, which means screw your any chance we get, and still got varying explanations of the gas policy, but at least Yakima's Uhaul team MADE THE EFFORT of trying to be there for me, so I give them credit for that and have no beef with them.

Their is a state mandate to wear masks and observe social distancing procedures. This facility was clearly posted that everyone must wear a mask. NONE OF THE STAFF WERE WEARING MASKS! Also, the staff checking me out asked for my ID, took it with ungloved hands, picked it up and set it down several times, and handed it back to me. There were no attempts at reducing virus transmission. Yakima has one of the highest infection rate in the State. I was appalled.

This is the best UHaul rental facility I have ever been too. The staff was incredible. They all clearly have learned well from the manager who was awesome. She went above and beyond to help me on another Uhaul rental that was not as successful.

Fire the employee named Lia I believe. Larry had to come out of the store to tell her to stop yelling at me. I followed the instructions on the app exactly to return the truck. She told me I parked on the wrong area and was demanding that I move it. When I told her that I filled the instructions exactly she said that I would be charged extra fees. I told that the keys were in the drop box. I asked her to stop talking rudely to me and yelling. She then yelled that she would make sure that I paid extra fees. Larry came out and stopped her. He heard her yelling. It was horrible. I started to cry. I've never been treated so terribly. This place is filled with wonderful staff. I was shocked.

The employee that was helping customers out in the parking lot was not wearing a mask. Masks are mandatory in Yakima and in the state of Washington. He should be reprimanded for this. We saw him twice interacting with customers without a mask on. He laughed at me when I said something. Terrible!

The day before my box was to arrive I received a call stating that they could not deliver the box due to trees in my neighborhood being to low for the truck. After multiple phone calls, it was decided they would bring a trailer. When the trailer arrived I was lectured for requesting a trailer as the big truck would have been fine (I never made that request). Staff was unsure where or how to get the trailer onto my property. My box was picked up on 7/16 and held in storage until 7/28 (with an arrival date across the country of 8/2). I was told it would ship 7/17. I received no updates. I was not updated that my box was going to be late. When I called to find out where my box was (on the day it was supposed to arrive), I was told they don't know. I was bounced around to 5 different people before being told I have a ticket in with corporate (who was supposed to call within 3 business days and never did). When the boxes finally arrived one was bolted shut and the other screwed shut. Absolutely horrible customer service. The ONLY positive was that my stuff was not broken. I received a small refund by default, but it did not come close to covering the expenses cost by having the box arrive so late. If you can afford to use another company, I would. If not, be prepared for a headache and late arrival.

The Cassandra and her ENTIRE CREW at the E. Nob Hill location are a pleasure to do business with. I 1-million % have and will recommend anyone in the Yakima Valley to do business with this store. They will bend over backwards to help you, as long as you're wearing your mask!!! 😊

The system seemed to not be working right for whatever reason and it caused an slight dispatching issue with the auto transport equipment. Not a big issue though as it was fixed. The gentleman Mike was outstanding when helping me with the auto transport. He was very nice and very helpful!

When I checked in I got Military discount but first auto payment charged full When I move out they said I had to wait till Monday not from area. Plus they didn’t thing they prorate. Over charged
