Mr. Jay Thornton was very helpful, he had the best and most sweeties attude you cld ever ask for, not only that when i cld not get in my unit he came to help me, they had cut my lock and he didnt know it was cut . Someone cut my lock and didnt say anything about it, but Mr. Jay came prepared and was willing to hlp in anuway he could. Thank you Mr. Jay !they need more people like u!

My only complaint is there are rats accessing these storages. Every time I went to check on my belongings I always seen rat poop. There’s no telling what else is coming in the units.

Well The check in experience was great, but when I pulled in to see parking arrangements, the lots were unorganized, not marked, my spot number was blocked by another camper, and another camper was park crooked halfway in the other spot. There was no place to park a small trailer, let along a 22’ boat. I’ll more than likely cancel my spot due to the maintenance of The place. I know it’s a putdoor parking area, but take some pride in the establishment and clean it up and get some of the trash out of the area. Makes anyone with nicer stuff not want to rent a spot there. I have pictures as proof if I need to send those over.

You can’t have a climate controlled warehouse and place the temperature permanently at 90 degrees! When asking the manager about this she told us to move if we didn’t like it. We have rented at this location for over seven years.

Gate code didn’t work and still don’t plus the locking mechanism on the door is broken so I can’t lock my storage until that’s fix but got to be able to get through the gate first because that problem still hasn’t been resolved

The Manager is amazing! She multi-task in a frustrating moment with tons of people with a smile on her face, placed everyone at ease. I’m sure everyone was month-end moving their belongings from point a to b some not by choice… again in a buddy building, she made it happen… you did that! Thank you!

I had the worst service here! My items were secured but there are nobody that’s never in that office. We always have to get in contact with other uhaul places n they lied on certain stuff. I would never go back here again. It’s just sad. The could be in need of help n they don’t have anybody that can help. They never answer the phones.

Only thing I didn't like is when they moved from the store to the other place at the hwy 80 store, no one told us and when you go stand by the door to read the sign the alarm goes off so you can't really read the sign.

This Uhaul storage and truck rental really is convenient! Staff made move in and out a pleasant experience. Payment system is easy. Storage facility is safe and secure. Kadejia went above and beyond when checking out of the storage and returning the truck. Demarcus and Ledarrius answered all my questions when I rented the truck. Nice and professional when I was already stressed with moving! Would definitely recommend using this Uhaul truck rental and storage facility!

I used U-Haul Storage for more than 4 months in fact I still have other household stuff in their storage unit with climate control. When my daughter moved several years ago they used U-Haul van to move their P another location. If ever needed I would definitely use them again. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly I never saw them without a smile. Good staff and clean facilities what more can a person want. Yes the prices are reasonable. My thanks to the staff for their helpful advice and friendly attitude.

Our RV was damaged by rats while at the U-Haul storage facility at I-20 and Pearson Rd. When we got it out of the shop after $800 worth of repairs for damage received while parked at the U-Haul facility we found someone was parked in our storage space. Reaching management was very difficult to reach. Not on site and impossible to reach by phone. Overall our experience after the former managers left was terrible. I-Haul should be able to do better!

Mrs Becky, her husband, and their staff was nice and very accommodating but everything changed with The NEW MANAGEMENT. There is no person to person for security and assistance purposes. I HATED that we had to go on HWY 80 for help.. very inconvenient!

Unit was infested with rats when I mentioned it to staff they asked we had food in the unit and we did not. Then she commented that a couple units down had Popeyes chicken in it

I completed the online move-in process and had a family member go to the storage to ensure the code worked and unit was ready as I would not arrive before the office closed and wanted to be able to address any issues while the office was open. The access code did not work. I called the office and one of the staff members checked the code after they got off and the access code indeed did not work. I was told I could receive assistance the next morning; however, my uhaul truck rental was in fact due the next morning. I contacted customer service to extend my rental and spoke with KaDejia from the office regarding access to the unit. The next day, I was still unable to get in as the access code still did not work. I was eventually let into the gate that afternoon by the staff so I was able to unload the truck and finally was able to access the unit myself after 2 days. My move-in process was stressful and did not go well at all; however, KaDejia remained professional throughout the entire situation and eventually was able to resolve the issue.

Poor customer service and poor training is being done. We were Lock in the gate for over 20 minutes and could not get out and when call for help it took them a little over 25 minutes just to get us some help to be able to get out of the locked gate . That was extremely exhausting and frustrating to be locked inside of U-Haul because the gate would not open. And when the worker got there and tried to pop the gate open with the popper that they gave us to unlock the gate even they could not unlock the gate with the popper that they gave us to unlock the gate. Better training is needed at the highway 80 location in Pearl that we open our storage unit up with.

When we rented the space we were told that we would get 1 month free . Told by manager that wouldn't honor the arrangement. To late to rent elsewhere. Late one month was told sign up for auto pay they would refund the late fee never saw it .

My family and I were locked in the storage unit for an entire hour due to our keys not working. The employee knew of this and stated that he would stay to let us out. Instead he left us locked inside of the storage unit. The manager did not show any concern or care for what happened after I spoke with her. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with uhaul and I do not plan to be using this moving company ever again.

Ms. Rebeca and her staff are absolutely amazing! I’ve always been treated like family. I will keep my belongings in her units for a good long time (if not needed out before 😉). I appreciate their hard work and friendly attitudes. I’m one happy customer!

I was initially assigned a unit that was already taken and had a lock on it. The clerk re-assigned a different unit and stated that the manager would contact that following Monday. I called the manager, since she never reach out to me to explain what took place. The manager tried to charge me extra for the unit they had to reassign. It was not an error on my part, therefore I shouldn't be penalized by paying extra. They assign the units not me. They are trying to make me pay for their mistakes. When I requested to speak to the manager's DM about the issue, she stated that she will call me back. I haven't heard back from her. This is unprofessional and not the proper way to conduct business. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are unorganized and trying to jip people out of money. Just pitiful

Rebecca ( Becky ) Collins has been incredible. I am not sure there is enough room to explain how professional yet compassionate she has been. She is fair and firm yet very understanding. She runs a great office there. She stays in contact not just through an email or text but she stays on top of things with a personality and a tone of voice. Sadly these days that is sorely missed. I am also a business owner in the local area and I highly recommend her facility and or Rentals to anyone that I talk to.

The whole experience was great from the beginning to the end. Great customer service and very friendly people. I had rented a U-Haul truck from another place the same day but they didn’t have my storage ready and they were rude. So I went online again found this place reserved the storage and went by. We were being displaced by flooding and U-Haul offered their services to the community. So much respect for U-Haul!! The staff were friendly, patient, and professional.
