Lighting in the facility wasn’t great. There’s a curtain, I think for temperature control that blocked the light so there was no finding anything without my flashlight. Little to no light fell inside the unit. At first there was a dial up timer inside the building entrance. Which was better. Then they went with motion activated lights. So when I was inside the unit trying to organize or sort through things the light kept turning off leaving me in the pitch black. Then having to find my way back down the hallway. Waving my hands frantically just for a few mins. of light before having to do it again.

Seeing it made me worry that a critter had made its way into my containers and I was transporting it to my home. That didn’t happen thankfully but wish there was a way to make the units rat proof to further protect customers and their property.
