I gave a low rating due to the fact that I paid for blankets and did not receive them. I had to use and damage my personal comforters from my bedding to keep my furniture from being damaged. And all I got in return was a $20 credit back to my card. This is beyond bad service. My bedding will cost more than $20 to replace and/or clean.

JACORRIA OThe vehicle smelled like smoke when I rented it. The back was dirty. The person who was supposed to receive the return left the site and returned. Me and 2 other people were waiting for almost 20 minutes. I filled the tank and was still charged more for gas.

DEONA LI want to highlight the customer service provided by the employee, Gabriel. Gabriel not only provided excellent customer service to me, but also to the customer before me. Gabriel demonstrated a lot of patience to me, in addition to providing a very friendly, honest and quality customer service. Gabriel is the type of employee that U-Haul should keep and consider for career growth.
DANIEL GWhen I arrived to pickup vehicle I looked for my equipment only thing on my truck was a utility hand dolly. I ordered a furniture dolly and did not receive one told the cashier the same one who checked me in .She stated she removed the charge she clearly lied. I see on my recipient that I was charged for this dolly that I clearly told her that it was not on there. I asked that my payment of 7.00 dollars be reimbursed.
KAREN STruck made loud noise the whole time straps repeatedly came off the transporter connecter came off while riding.very scary “ I pulled into U-Haul at drop off and the connector was off dragging on the ground damaged my vehicle terribly

David NHorrible experience at the 3421 US Hwy 41 location. Had a pickup scheduled for 9am and got a call from UHAUL saying the truck wasn’t available. I literally had my foot out of the car ready to go into the office. So I received the call in the parking lot. I proceeded to the door but it was closed and locked when I went to ask questions. I looked inside and clearly no one was there. I was told by the rep on the phone that I had to drive to another location( 2069 Watson Blvd) if I still wanted the rental. Unprofessional and frustrating experience. Will not be renting from UHAUL again. I do have to add that the 2069 location was very helpful at least.

TREVION BThe lady who worked the counter around 12:00 pm on Sunday didn’t even inspect the vehicle she just told me to turn in my key and I could leave, if I would have know the gas was a bit over mid I would have went and added a bit more I shouldn’t have been charged for $48.00 for gas, that was so disheartening after having a rough trip. You all should be shamed of yourselves especially in this economy.
WILLIE DAfter waiting in the store by myself for several minutes, I started searching for an employee to secure my rental. When I finally found someone outside in a truck she appeared to be crying, sick, or both and moved very slowly. I was moving on a timeline and didn’t appreciate the 15 minute delay.

RUSSELL AFirst trailer was dirty inside and turn signal didn’t work. Moved to a different trailer, once hooked up the tongue sat way too high tilting the trailer significantly. The agent said that was ‘no problem’ and walked away. I ended up buying a new hitch due to safety concerns.

JERIMIAH LI didn’t grab their names, but both of the ladies that helped us on the morning of 9/14 were very helpful and kind! My husband had a bad prior experience like a week prior so he wasn’t excited about going back to that location, but they turned it around for him. I worked in customer service for a long time myself, so I know how customers can be draining. Both of the employees working that Sunday morning were top notch!

JAMAR JAs a repeat u haul customer it should not have taken so long at check out. The employee helping me was wonderful, happy, knowledgeable but the computer was slow and there is just too much stuff for them to fill out for somebody who has rented from uhaul before. Thank you u haul for being in existence. Will always use you guys

Torin TThe pickup and drop off was very confusing because there was no instruction about how to obtain the key for the vehicle, where to go to pickup the vehicle and where to drop off. The app stated that we would get a call but we did not receive a call and had to go inside and ask for help. At drop off, there were so many vehicles backed up in the drop off line that they were hanging out in the road and we had to wait to park ours.
