The sales person was really busy. They were me and working in the truck area but she was the only person at the desk and she had to answer all the calls between helping me so it was annoying because it took a long time.

The truck cab was in great condition, but I selected "No" above because there was obvious damage not accounted for at pickup. There was a significant amount of obvious damage to the wing skirt of the truck that was not already indicated on my rental that I had to correct on the rental condition.

Also, while checking the equipment in the system gave me two charges and when I selected the option to make a statement I was told someone would call me in 48 hours and no one has called yet to resolve the matter.

Jessica B.This period that work at this location are all awesome! I've rented a storage unit for the past four years. I recently rented a truck from them for a local move. My moving help was late, the whole thing took much longer than we expected, and I needed to keep the truck longer. They had another person expecting my truck later that day, but they attached for them to get another one, got me extended, and arranged for an after hours drop off. The best part? They were cheerful about all of it. I can't recommend them enough.

john M.I reserved a moving truck for 6pm on Sunday to 6pm Monday. I selected the mobile pick up option because the store desk would be closed. We were required to have all furniture removed by 10pm Sunday, so it was imperative that we pick up the truck Sunday. At 5:56pm, uhaul called and said their lockbox hasn't worked in a long time and mobile pickup is not available. They close at 6:00, so I'd I wasn't there in 5 minutes, I would have to wait until the morning. I could not get to uhaul in 5 minutes, so I was forced to pay a penalty fee to my prior condo. Absolutely unprofessional to receive a call 4 minutes before closing to tell me the lock box was not available. If they would have called by 3, I could have made arrangements to get the truck early.

Theresa K. | Overall Experiencetoo many units for only one elevator, and this location is adding more units. madness. dirty. elevator floor has not been mopped ever as far as i can tell. bathrooms have been dirty and unmaintained for a long time. and now they are all locked except at the office. no stairwell to the ground level except the fire escape. how is that even legal. i found that out when the elevator was out one day. staff was not friendly or helpful during a period of time locker alarms were messed up and constantly going off. made using my locker impossible to use. i feel i should receive compensation for how nasty this place has gotten since i first rented my unit. will not be recommending.

Jazmin C. | Overall ExperienceWe rented a 10x20 only to find that it is 2 separate units sold as 1, and then when we went to look at the units after completing paperwork both still had locks from other renters on them. We were then given other units (after more time to do paperwork) and then when we opened the units they both have huge 3 ft diameter concrete support poles in the middle of the units. This is a very old manufacturing building repurposed for storage. It dirty and difficult to get in and out of wirhbonlu one elevator. Not one I would recommend.

After arriving from Chicago to this St. Louis location to pick up my reserved truck, all that was done by the UHaul rep was "unfortunately the truck is not here" and that he couldn't help further. This caused a major inconvenience on our preplanned moving plans. I would never trust the UHaul reservation system.
