Stop promoting Moving Help because they are thieves. The company Express Movers powered by U-Haul stole the 26 ft truck, most of my property, and damaged the remainder. I did not retrieve the truck until approximately 5-days later, and it is a warrant out for the owner of the moving company Express Movers powered by U-Haul arrest. The individual was rude to my fiance and I, and were not compassionate to the traumatic experience we continue to feel the residual effects from.

I put my credit card up to hold the truck and when i return i paid cash for the truck on 06/30/17 for $42.39 but you have a charge of $81.00 on my credit card 7 days later what going on i call bank and they said it should have credits my card back in 2 to 3 days

It cost double to rent for 25 hours spoke with one gentlemen who said it was suppose Tobe .35 today for the extra mileage and .99 yesterday I was charged .99 for the entire time Al said he would fix it Jacob said al was wrong now who do I believe I'm currently on hold with the 1800 number to speak with some one else .

Ways quoted a completely different price over the phone than in person. I was not told about this extra charge but was informed that getting it was a requirement. Luckily I had the extraaoney but for the future you need to tell customers ALL the information when they ask. These people were very unprofessional!

Its old vehicle, and its the first time I'm driving such a big truck. U-Haul attendant had no long time at all to explain about the truck. I have asked couple of questions - for that also, he didn't answer properly. While driving, I had the hard time to get the key out and handling the transmission (drive, reverse). I would recommend, u haul should have some instructions on driving the trucks.

They did a great job mounting the trailer on my uhaul truck. However my story began when I picked up the uhaul, none of my information transferred from my initial reservation so I had to repeat this process, then I brought the uhaul home for packing the next morning and returned to uhaul located on kingshighway to pick up my trailer which apparently had been double book and was now gone. I had to go to the downtown (tucker) location to pick up my trailer during rush hour. Due to packing I had not slept for 30 hours, so I get there trailer attached and back through rush hour traffic to the kings highway location to load my car. The men working their guided me and I heard horrifying scrapping noises and they said keep going, I wasn't sure what was happening "just scrapping a little, come on" they assured me it was just the noise the trailer makes when shift the weight onto the trailer. I walk around and looked at my passenger door and could tell that something was not lining up correctly. I knew this would be a problem That would affect the doors ability to open. I was unable to test the door until I arrived in Texarkana when i wanted to drop my car off so I could unload the truck at my new place. I back out, park and they try to jack the trailer up off the hitch but it won't come off, the two kids that worked there tried their best for 25 minutes and couldnt get it off. I'm now 10 minutes late for my movers, and finally the guy who actually has experience comes out and takes it off. Ok so I get to the movers now 30 min late and they move me in. I was distracted and tired but once they finished I noticed they had dragged some of my furniture and the legs to my shelving was belt at 90 degrees all this and an employee offered $50 check by mail HA! are you kidding me, I want to talk to corporate, I should not have to pay for any of these services, I can throw my furniture off a balcony onto my car and achieve the same results myself, please contact me for the repairs to my car. 832-556-9350

This was a clean store the coustomer service reps were pleasant. This was the second time I have used UHaul but I used a van so there were things I wish the reps would have informed me of, like I did not know about the let down walking gadget that made it so easy to walk up to the truck. The rep could not adjust the mirror for me and nobody explain the "tow:" light to me and I think UHaul should make it a point to inform the consumer of everything that would make the driving experience safe and easy!
