It was a horrible experience for me!!! Customer Service told me lies any made up stuff. They were rude and misinformed! The Corporate office staff were not professional ! It was a total nightmare!!!!!

everyone was very polite but i could not get into my unit acess code did not work a lady from the 800 number gave me her temp code i was a hour late which was not my fault due to this and extra miles

Came from another state to move furniture but keys to my lock were in another city & I had to stay overnight to receive them. Big inconvenience that I wasn’t prepared for.

Poor customer service skills, nobody ever knew what was going on with my account. I spoke to several different people and could never make a simple resolution. I had to take my business elsewhere.

Uhaul made moving a stress free experience from the pick up of my trailer to returning it and getting a storage unit. The holsum bakery uhaul location and staff were excellent.

Upon leaving couldn’t find a dumpster for a few items I wasn’t taking...I had to haul them home! Other than that it was a great clean secure place to keep our things.

First day I was not able to access unit, bill got sent to wrong address causing $15.00. After removing my belonging I went to office where I waited close to 10 minutes and was still never waited on.
