We were initially happy, but we are from out of state and hired movers to put things in the storage unit. After they unloaded to the entry area to move upstairs on the elevator we learned it was broken with no known time for repair. There were no 1st floor units at this facility and our only option was a nearby less desirable unit. Another employee at the main unit told us not to go to the unit on College Way, but there seemed to be no other options as we had movers standing around were leaving the next day. We were not happy!
