WE intended to rent at the main controlled location, but the elevator was broken and the movers had to reload everything onto the moving truck. They moved us to a different U-Haul location that was much less desirable. Our things were at risk. The unit next to us had no door until we asked them to replace the door to make the place secure. Not sure why U-Haul keeps this location.

I requested a storage unit at the Uhaul storage place at the new facility along with my indoor small Unit. When we arrived they had put us into a stage unit in college Drive and there is no fence or security at all. They guys there even told me that the fencing was stolen by criminals. I did not want this facility and I had went in on Thursday to verify the unit was there in the new Uhaul facility. But when Dan went to get the unit it was at the Cillege drive facility. With no perfection what so ever. I am very upset. I am not going to be here in Cheyenne for at least 6 mos so there is no way for me to check on my belongings. We only had help on Sat to store the items. So there was nothing we could do. But out it there until I could speak to the manager. We are extremely mad about his matter. Would you trust putting your items in an unsecured place? I doubt it very much. Someone’s us an apology and a way to get our items into a secure facility.
Wanda P | First ImpressionsAwful! The facility is dirty and the weather strips haven’t been replaced allowing for water and snow to get in. Negligence on managements end this place needs a lot more than some TLC.
OLIVIA L | Overall ExperienceWe were initially happy, but we are from out of state and hired movers to put things in the storage unit. After they unloaded to the entry area to move upstairs on the elevator we learned it was broken with no known time for repair. There were no 1st floor units at this facility and our only option was a nearby less desirable unit. Another employee at the main unit told us not to go to the unit on College Way, but there seemed to be no other options as we had movers standing around were leaving the next day. We were not happy!
