I picked this place because it has entrances that are covered. If you pick indoor climate controlled, you can get to your stuff at anytime and not have to worry about the weather. Having been in storage many times, I can tell you that this was well worth the price. Everything was great except until they put smelly air fresheners in the outlets during October- that’s why I gave it 4 stars rather than 5. As someone who greatly dislikes almost all air freshener smells, it was overwhelming when they first put them in. Forcing the use of subpar locks that are easily picked or shimed is very concerning regardless of the security measures in place. I find that detestable and forcing a user to waive all rights to seek judgement if your subpar lock is compromised and theft occurs. The location and the employees are very good however, your app is not. It took forever to get a log in since the password is so restrictive. Then you make us take all the pics and you ask so many questions. When returning a vehicle you are dead tired and don't want to jump through so many hoops.Steven O.

Open the store on time. There was a line of people waiting for trucks and one of them said this location is nortorious for not opening up on time. Employees are always late. If I have a rental at a certain hour I expect someone to be there as it delays the moving process and the people that are helping me to move. I will never use this location again.Dorothy S.

The van I rented was immaculately clean inside and out l. It operated perfectly on the highway and residential roads, had great visibility and the back-up camera was a huge help. The entire facility where I picked up and dropped off the van was also meticulously maintained. Misty, the manager, is efficient, helpful, and understanding. I placed an online order for a 10x10 which was offered on your site for that particular location. Upon my arrival I was given 2 units across from each other App To be equivalent to 10x10 I was expecting to have all of my belongings in one unit as I ordered online however, the agent in the office stated that they had no 10×10 available. This should not have been available online if there was no actual unit available . This is my second reservation with this uHaul. The first time I didn't have an issue, but this second one was a bit different. After I arrived, I learned that they did not have the furniture dolly that I had reserved over a month ago. The representative said they ran out that morning (so what about the afternoon customers that reserved them?). I also prepaid for a queen mattress protector and never received it when I picked up the uHaul. The representative gave me half a dozen blankets for free, but that was it. If I would have known that they were out of these products (even the one I purchased), I would have made other arrangements. The van was full of fuel, but the inside was not clean nor was the outside. I will likely not be returning to this uHaul... no one wants to purchase a product or rent another and not receive either.EMILY D.

Arrived at the pickup location to pick up a 10' towing van for 7:00am. Nobody was initially there and waited almost 30 minutes after opening time for an employee to arrive and help me. Called the general manager and learned that the opening employee overslept. The van used was well maintained and clean. I didn't have any issues driving the van. Dropping off the van was not a pleasant experience either. Location was not the most inviting and the person I spoke with on the phone to confirm the return was rude. They demanded I take the van to another drop off point. However, I already gave the employee (a mechanic) who was at the drop off point and they told me they will take care of the van. The mechanic was the only decent person of this whole experience. I was absolutely disappointed with this experience and the customer service and would not recommend this location or the drop off location to others.Michael F.

I booked my uhaul storage unit online. I got an email saying that I can use my passcode to enter the building and no check in is required. Upon trying to enter with my passcode, I was getting access denied. I then went into the office to see why I couldn't access and they informed me that access codes aren't used anymore and instead key cards are used. No where in the email communications I recieved indicated I needed key cards or would need to check into the office first to get my key card. I was able to find my storage unit after that which was helpful with the map. When I got to my storage unit, it had a plastic tag through it saying it was customer ready, but no indication that I should cut the tag off. I just assumed thats what I needed to do and ripped the tag off but I could have done that to any of the other units as well. Once I got into the unit, I didn't have my lock in the unit and had to go back to the office to get the lock. In the end, I was able to get everything I needed but involved two trips to the front office to get something that was different than what the email communication told me and the check in process took longer than anticipated. It would be nice to have the emailed instructions reflect the actual move in process to avoid confusion.Michael R. | Online Move In

I was let into the storage facility because my key didn't work with the explanation that by the time i was ready to leave it should be good to use. When i attempted to leave, the facility had closed and my key did not work and no one answered the intercom. I was outside the building but behind the gate with a trailer in tow and was stuck in the storage facility for 1/2 hour. I walked the grounds until i found an open door and manually opened exit overhead doors to gain access to the main entry overhead door and essentially drove out the entrance against traffic flow to get out.
