Kathleen C | Overall ExperienceI wish they were more friendly and open. But they wasn’t. There was no garbage cans no where. It just wasn’t accessible. Management is not people you are easily accessible. The bathrooms are far and not clean.
Tiffany u | Overall ExperienceWhile the overall process of securing a storage unit was relatively simple, I was disappointed to get two smaller units (5 x 10 x 11) vs. one larger (10 x 10 x 11). Given what we are storing, this arrangement made it much more difficult to load the units.

Mark W | Overall ExperienceWater run off from roof created ice slicks in front on outside storage making it very dangerous going into the outside unit. The card reading machine makes a person needing to get out off car to use. Some don’t work well in cold weather. Rollers on rear rolling door needs maintenance.

I was trying to do a settlement on Sunday and the kid that was there said he couldn’t do it and it needed the manager to do. Never did she state that when I spoke to her so I had to put out extra money.

She effectively communicated, gave updates and was very resourceful from beginning to end. If I ever need storage again her facility is at the TOP of my list! Thank you for everything!
