The U-Box arrived 10 days later than what the contract stated, but I was not in a great hurry. Just saying, since you asked that question. One of the 7 U-boxes (a wooded one with the plastic roof and orange tarp) leaked water during a two day storm. I damaged a few items, but I fortunately bought the insurance and they were quick to give me a claim to take care of it, although that is not settled yet. Otherwise great and I will do it again, if needed. I've recommended it to others too.

Only issue I had was, there were a couple of customers ahead of me and I had to wait a little longer to get waited on. Not a huge deal, as I understand it takes time when renting equipment. Also, I brought the trailer back more than an hour early and later, received a text to call about my “late” return. The lady was super nice and told me apparently they had missed something, etc., but she apologized and immediately took care of it. I received an email confirmation of the return soon afterwards. Lastly, an older guy there was very helpful in helping me remove the stuck safety chain from my bumper, that was great customer service!

The truck I got was so loud that I couldn’t even hear the passenger next to me. To have to listen to that level of noise for a 10 hour drive was nothing short of torture… i have rented a Uhaul before and did not have this experience so I think this truck was not properly maintained. It was a very disappointing experience and I would like to speak to a manager about a refund please.

I would not recommend U-Haul storage. They have rats. The staff didn’t inform me at the time. They will tell you someone has food but overall they knew and still didn’t tell me. I had family members to tell me if they knew I was going to U-Haul not to recommend. Ask questions before you rent with U-Haul. The staff was still nice and have great service

We had our stuff in storage for approx. 3 weeks. Upon pick up, we discovered mice poop was all over the unit including our belongings. I notified the manager but nothing was done. Upon unpacking our belongings we found mouse poop on most of our stuff. I have to wash all our clothing, linen, and kitchenware articles. Food items had to be disposed of. I called U-Haul and filed a formal complaint.

The only issue I had with my entire service throughout my rental time was at the end. I reserved well in advance a 20’ uhaul truck to get back to Nebraska. I was given a TWENTY SIX FEET truck. I am traumatized. It was a horrible experience. As a female, driving alone over 800 miles this was a horrifying experience. Backing up, parking, etc. I RESERVED a 20’ truck but was “upgraded” to one of the biggest trucks on the lot. The worst drive I’ve ever had. I wish I could’ve gotten my money back. Other than this, I loved uhaul of Meridian on Frontage Rd.

Made my moving too easy as moving is headache enough then then month storage help a great deal because one less thing to worry about only issue was charged $40 more than more then my quote and $40 more than my contract dont know what this was for and nobody can exo
Plain but clean.my truck replaced my gas so where the extra $40 go

Michael Campbell is such an asset to UHaul. He can be so very busy but will still make you feel like you are the most important customer. He’s patient, very professional and knowledgeable. He will assist you from start to finish with whatever UHaul service you are seeking.
