I actually pre-selected A-Z on 3rd to drop off the truck. They said they would only accept it if I pre-selected their location. They found that I did and still refused to allow me to drop it off there. This store wasn't wearing masks either. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Uhaul and would look to rent somewhere else next time.Bouavy P.
My original drop off location was to be a company located close to my house. The attendant said they had to many vehicles on site and would not allow me to drop off there, he then told me I had to take it to "A real U-Haul location", the one listed above. This should never happen, if I have a contracted drop off location they should have to accept the vehicle, period. If you can't accept the vehicle then stop renting vehicles.Harold B.

Check-in was slow due to equipment/computer problems but the associate was very polite and handled it very well. Otherwise the experience was great! I even returned the truck 10 mins after the location closed and the associate came out to accept the keys and check me back in as they were closing up. Excellent customer service all around.Dylan J.

Make sure the windows and mirrors are cleaned and cleared inside and out, to see out of. Until I was able to clean them myself, it was very dangerous to drive because I couldn't see out of them.DAWN P.

The vehicle was dirty when I revived it and smelled foul beyond belief. The only reason a vehicle would smell that bad inside is due to possible homeless individuals using the van as a dwelling. There was also dogs hair in the stuck to the front seats and dog food morsels and cigarette butts stuck to the opening step of the side entrance to the van. I feel that due to the condition of the vehicle, I was definitely over charged. In the future I will rely on companies other that U-Haul for my moving and rental needs.JORDAN R.

The website said everything would be at one location and it wasn't costing more money, gas, and time. When I got to this location I was immediately tod they didn't have the trailer I needed just to find out after a short argument the employee was wrong, plus after we located the trailer someone had placed a lock on it costing us an additional 1 1/2 hours waiting for the employees to decide what to do. No discounts were offered for all the confusion and hassle and they couldn't even give me a definitive time to have the trailer returned by overall terrible experience.JEROMY LANE R.

when we checked in there were two employees standing at the end of the counter having a very loud personal conversation. It made it very very difficult to listen to the person checking us in because they're talking so loud. There's extremely unprofessional. This was the drop-off location and yes the inside of the trailer was cleaner than when I picked it up from the other dealer. There was only 1 person on duty when I returned the trailer and he was most interested in doing anything else other than checking me in. I unhooked the trailer myself and pushed it to a position that he directed me. I watched as he positioned it back further in line with other trailers. He did not open the trailer to see if it was clean before I left.JOSEPH S.

I have been trying to contact the store on 3rd street in Spokane Washington and keep going to uhaul customer service. I returned an appliance dolly on Christmas and tried to use uhaul.com/share and got error message 3 times. I called 800 number and spoke to a man that said he would put in that I returned equipment. I called yesterday and they said that a manager is only person who could read notes from other reps, but there were no managers on. You should make it a priority for local dealers to answer their own calls. It is very unprofessional that they dont. As well as being extremely frustratingJoseph M.

Mobile app is a total waste. I did the check in on my phone. Approval process once info was submitted took 4 minutes. Then the app told me to go inside, skip the line and pick up my key. I'm not a Neanderthal, so of course I didn't walk past everyone waiting in line, and was stuck waiting for 20 minutes to pick up the key, WHICH WAS NOT INSIDE AT ALL, but in a lockbox on the truck window. Why didn't the app just give me the code to the lock box?!? Totally inefficient. Very unsatisfied.Brandon R.

For the most part I'm happy with the service. My only complaint was when I went to pick up the rig. I had a long wait time even with the self check in. Poor guy was working alone. Also the dolly and moving blankets were not in the rig. When I turned in the rig the guy working there took off the charges for the missing items and helped me split the balance for the rental on two card with no problems. Returning the went fast as well. This was genuinely one of the wildest experiences I've had as a customer. I scheduled to use a mobile pick up and drop off, specifically to have a contactless experience. When I arrived, the code for the lock on my reserved truck was incorrect. I then had to get the help of a an unmasked employee. We tried three different trucks, all of which had incorrect keys or lock codes. Finally, the fourth truck had everything needed. Now, the mobile pick up does not give the ability to switch trucks. I asked the employee about this and he said I didn't need to fill anything else out. In his words â€œI'll switch everything over and it'll all be taken care of.â€ On returning the truck, nothing was â€œtaken care ofâ€. The mobile return page told me my mileage was invalid because it was lower than when I picked up the truck. I again was forced to go inside and ask for help. Inside the store, all three employees were unmasked. Masks are required by governor's mandate to be worn indoors. The unmasked employee that helped me noticed that the charge for the mileage was significantly higher than expected. We had driven a max of 15 miles, but were being billed for over 30 miles. After about 20 minutes, the unmasked employee helping decided he didn't know enough to resolve this issue. He then had to get the help of his unmasked manager (who helped me on pick up and said things were â€œtaken care ofâ€. The manager proceeded tell me I â€œshould have recorded the mileage in the pick up information, other wise we have no way of knowing how far you droveâ€. This would be valid, had my pick up been normal. After reminding him of the messy pick up experience, he implied that he was going to let me off easy by only paying for 15 miles, reiterating that â€œnext time, make sure to record the mileage on the siteâ€. I cannot state enough how disorganized, unhelpful, and confused this staff seems to be. I will be rescheduling at a different location, further away, just to avoid going through this again. AT LEAST WEAR A DAMN MASK. Everyone in the state has to.ALEXANDER S.

I had a full 20' U-haul truck that I need to store. The manager assured me that the unit he assigned to me would hold all of my goods. This was not true and I had to re-load my truck and move to a larger unit.This was quite an inconvience to me.
