When I returned the truck, I ended up waiting for almost an hour for my ride and noticed it was busy and bit chaotic, with limited staff. It had the potential of going from bad to worse however, the staff seemed to rally, get the returned trucks cleaned, and supported customers.

The check-in process was simple. John was forthcoming, explained charges, and was pleasant to deal with. The return was near 5pm on a Saturday; the only staff I was able to find was the person processing the returns. While that process was smooth, it would have been nicer if I had been prepped. All in all, it was a good experience.

I have very unhappy with the services both locations gave us. We were never told the car dolly needed to be returned to that location and when we returned it to a different location they accepted it but never checked it out and told us that that had everything needed and we could leave. Well we have now been charged daily since dropping it off and not only that you have reported it stolen due to it never being returned. I have reached out to speak to someone to resolve this issue and no one has contacted me. I just want a refund for the days that I did not have the dolly but only the days ONE OF YOUR FACILITIES HAD IT. This is not our fault in that you guys did not check it out on the date we dropped it off and that no one communicated with us that we couldnt drop it off at that location. I am livid with this experience. You have now taken my money and then sent me a receipt after I called and made a formal complaint and now stating you have the dolly. This is terrible service. I want my money back and I will never be using uhaul again.

Check in was not smooth. If you're going to rely on tech for better experience, make sure your systems work. I was asked to look at the vehicle for damage, but the pics were a completely different truck & the one I was renting had lots of dents & scratches. Then, when I came to return, attempted to use the app & it crashed several times. So I and three other ppl just stood in the lobby for over 30 min waiting to return until we all expressed frustration, so the ONE employee said we could turn in keys. It was a bit of a cluster, and pretty typical for Uhaul.

When returning the person who inspected the uhaul I brought back was extremely rude and argued with me about a misunderstanding with the gas that was this locations fault.

Car was very dirty on the interior. When I got in the car there were multiple stains and dirt on the seats and it smelled of cigarettes and fast food. Touching anything inside the cab felt sticky and you got the impression that it had not been cleaned in a while. The check engine light was on the entire time and the car was due for an oil change. The back up camera was also not working and in need of service. I was charged $25 for a cleaning fee but it seems way too steep of a charge when I was not offered a clean vehicle. I was charged over $100 for a vehicle I drove for 2.5 hours and a total of 42 miles. Will likely not use this location again as it seemed very disorganized inside and the vehicles were not in great condition.

We were called the night before we were to rent a truck in Bellevue, and there was not one available, even though we had it solidified and confirmed on line. Bellevue is on our way to Lynnwood, which is where we were heading. We were told the only truck available was south Seattle. It added an hour each direction as we had to drive through downtown Seattle each time, and of course extra miles. We were told we would get a credit for the extra miles, but we did not. When we showed up to check out, there was only one person, and it took over an hour. When we dropped off it was the same, over an hour. The phone app was down, so no one was able to do on line check in/out. We ended up paying substantially more than quoted on line, and lost hours and hours of moving time. This is not the kind of service I expect to get from any company, let alone a company that is committed to helping you move quickly and efficiently. I would like someone to follow up with me on this, and honor your word regarding the mileage credit.

This was a team effort. I tried to reserve and pay for the UHaul in advance from a remote location. I thought it was taken care of, but my driver arrived and was told he needed a physical card, this took up a lot of valuable time. I have to admit I was disappointed in the process. It left me wondering why you have online reservations and pay, when you still demand payment in person?.. I think this could be improved. In addition, my team had time delays in checking out because the driver was under a time restraint, so they had to change hands to a different driver which made him late for his appointment. Not totally satisfied, unfortunately.

This was the second time renting from this facility in the last 3 weeks. Both times I used your online check-in pick up and return. But both experiences were somewhat different.the first time I got a printed out rental contract the second time I got absolutely nothing.

I had the opportunity to be helped by the owner, John. His customer service was on point. I had my reservation online. I then picked up the truck, made the move, and dropped the truck back off. This entire process was absolutely flawless. John was the only one in the shop and was obviously busy. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and most of all fast. Dude had a smile and made this move thatch easier.

Nobody assisted me returning the U haul. I waited in line for like 20 minutes only to be told I could only be helped outside and to use the link I was texted when I picked up the U haul. The link didn't work. The dude outside just took the keys and said he would email me a receipt and then I was overcharged for completely the wrong mileage. 50 miles vs the 15 I actually drove. HORRIBLE. VERY UNHAPPY. WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND OR RETURN.

This was our first time renting an 8' truck from John. It was brand new with under 1,500 miles, and well kept. John was great! He wasn't busy and acknowledged us promptly. We used the mobile check-in for the first time yet offered us assistance without even asking while keeping his distance during COVID.

We choose Uhaul Storage of Othello Station because of their availability, and John, the manager. John is really nice whenever we rent a vehicle from him. This year, during Covid-19, since April 2020, I've rented three or four times from him. Unsure if he remembers me, but he just is on top of his game. We trust that he will take good care of us.

My experience did not start off on a good note as I was given a car dolly instead of a truck dolly. The GM rectified this the next day by receiving the incorrect dolly and trading the correct one. No paper work was needed but I was not reissued the one day inconvenience. All things considered it was still a great working relationship.

My U-box was stored for almost 4 years and all items were in good condition after storage. I picked up the u-box on a trailer and brought it to my residence and unloaded and brought back the u-box. The agent was very nice and helpful. I would use U-boxes again.

The online check in system with the phone is too complicated one time it took me over 30 minutes the next time it did not work at all and the third time one of the workers tried to help me with it and it wouldn't worko

Online check in and return was really nice. I loved not having to talk to anyone in person. The truck was a bucket of bolts with no suspension or air conditioning. That was a bummer as every single bump in the road made my cargo bounce around, and it got really hot in the cab.

I first waited for an hour at the Rainier location where the van I was scheduled to pick up was nowhere to be found. When I finally went to Othello I had to wait another 30+ minutes just to pick up a key because there was only one person working.

Make sure your employees know how to do their jobs. Apparently nobody can work the computers or the computers just don't work. Staff was friendly, but they sure seemed unable to do anything helpful.

I chose to do the self checkout to avoid contact with other people. While doing my self check out, the app told me to look for my truck number. I searched my truck number and it was nowhere to be found. I ask the associate where my truck was and it was still in back and I had to go get the key inside the store. When I went to go inside the general manager was on the phone talking to someone and didn't acknowledge me being there. I then had to wait for over 10 minutes for him to get done with his phone call. Last time it did the self check out I did not have to go inside to get my keys. It seems like thay this location does not care about customer service.

Had the storage unit for several years, there were a few issues with payments they did not receive. Once it was sent to collections and I had no idea until I received a letter. They need more staff.
