A litany of my items in storage were completely destroyed by a substance leaking from the next unit. I informed office staff several times. However, I received nothing, not even a response to anything that would or could be done. Totally ignored.

C D | Overall ExperienceMade a reservation and then went to facility to rent a storage unit. I paid for it, only to drive to storage unit and find they already rented it and lock was on it. Poor customer service, no easy way to call the on site facility, no one will show you the unit before you rent, unorganized, not knowing actual availability… quite awful all around. Thumbs down. booo!! I have filled out this survey 4 times as I keep calling and reaching out regarding bad experiences. It would be best if you stop asking for my feedback, as I couldn’t be more disappointed in all aspects of how you handle operations and guest service. Wow, just the worst.

I tried again to reach someone in the office to let them know I had moved out. I tried 4 times over a two day span. Finally, on the last attempt, someone answered. Will not recommend this facility. The only positive is that it is gated.
