At first I was frustrated with the app and access and then there was an employee that was there cleaning on site and she called the main office. They helped get the check in completed through the app and access was straight forward from there.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere were no issues at all. It was so easy to do business with the palatine uhaul. Will definitely recommend or use again in the future if I have any more storage needs!
Kim W | Overall ExperienceEverything was good
James F | Overall ExperienceThe original estimate was too small. A U-Haul employee was onsite and helped make the change to a larger storage unit smoothly. I appreciated the assistance on the spot.
Jarita M | Online Move InA litany of my items in storage were completely destroyed by a substance leaking from the next unit. I informed office staff several times. However, I received nothing, not even a response to anything that would or could be done. Totally ignored.
William G | Overall ExperienceEmily went above and beyond being professional!
JONATHAN H | Overall ExperienceA very uneventful moving experience smoothly executed. Thank You.
JONATHAN H | First ImpressionsThe office was not on site and that became a problem
Michael C | Overall ExperienceNone
Harold H | Overall ExperienceI like doing business with U-Haul.
Harold H | Overall ExperienceVery helpful staff and would highly recommend this place.
Dan B | Overall ExperienceEmily is a Godsend. She helped me through some difficult times and because of her I will continue doing business with UHaul.
Harold H | First Impressionswell-maintained, secure, clean facility.
Cynthia D | Overall ExperienceThe truck rental showed a few months rent of a storage unit but I didn't actually get the first month free. Move in to the unit was simple and the free lock being included was a bonus.
