The tire on the truck was flat and I had to put air in the tire 2 times so it made me late to pick up the car and to tire uhaul equipment back it. The trailer jumps at about 55. But I will rent uhaul again because y'all are good and very good prices and equipment (most of the time)Nathan R.

The store was open but we had to wait over 30 minutes for the workers to come in and help us. They were sitting outside in a car smoking and saw customers walking in yet they still didn't get out the car. This has by far been my worst experience and I will not recommend them to anyone else.Precious K.

Everything done online and super easy with no wait. However, after we got home we discovered the appliance dolly was not in the truck. Called multiple times to uhaul and no person answered. The automated options did not apply and couldn't be bypassed to speak with anyone. Called the 800 number and was transferrred to the local uhaul place. The girl who answered was the rudest person I've ever dealt with on the phone and she has zero business dealing with the public!!! Completely unacceptable and if all phone calls are recorded as stated when you call, then someone above her needs to listen to our conversation! She either needs some help learning how to talk to customers or given a job where she has no dealings with the public.James B.

The truck was 20mils under on the checkout than what was in the dash. I tried to get them to change it and was told the manager would be able to change it the next morning. I called and called I was told someone would be calling me back but never did. I was charged for mileage I never did use. I wanted a truck to go one way and was told the had no one way trucks available. I was also told it would be cheaper to return the truck to them so I did. The truck jerked all the way to Lucedale and back a very horrible ride. I will never use Uhal of Pascagoula again.Vernekie S.
I originally reserved a 20' truck but was upsized to a 26' truck. I received the truck and put $92 worth of fuel in it to fill up. Before I arrived at home, the â€œcheck engineâ€ light came on. I returned the truck and was told that I would be reimbursed for the fuel (still haven't received any refund). I was then given a 15' truck but was still charged for a 20' truck. I have gone back to the dealership to get the issue resolved and was told that the manager would address the overcharges and call me. Still no resolution or communication.Kris G.

I will never rent from this location again. Very unprofessional staff and not personable at all. I was told I had a quarter tank of gas, and to return it at that. When I pulled out of the uhaul business the gas gage was way below the quarter of tank. When I expressed this to the front desk staff, the girl helping me eye rolled me. Ensure equipment is maintained. Was provided a 20' Uhaul that was extremely loud everything the accelerator was depressed. Wouldn't have been a problem if I were staying town, but we had to deal with it for almost 20 hours of driving. The representative knew of the issue as she turned the uhaul over to us and said "Sorry it's a little loud".Matthew D.

The U-Box system works very well and is competitively priced. I pleased with how the containers loaded and were stored until it was time to unload them. The only issue experienced was the computer payment system did not correctly remove the U-Box containers as they were vacated and returned. This resulted in my being incorrectly charged rent that I did not owe. It too way too much effort to correct this issue. This was not by the local manager but the system overall.Gene B.

This location is the best I've ever seen. I have rented weekly for just over 6 months because of the stellar performance of this manager and her team. They truly understand customer service and the place is always clean, inviting, well maintained and the equipment always in excellent working order. The unit I paid for had junk in it. The manager was holding the unit for someone but did not have it in the computer, that was unit 107. Unit 114 was empty but again not available according to the manager even though the staff member I was dealing with said it wasn’t reserved in the computer. My gate code wouldn’t work.
