No one there to assist hooking up the 6x12 - if this had been my first time hooking up a trailer it might have been a safety issue. They didn't put the blankets in the trailer which I rented. I notified them of such after driving back to my home (30 miles). This facility is set-up for storage, not rentals.Thomas R.

The people that work there are rude and lazy and not very helpful. I have storage unit there too and it leaked! Won't be using them for anything again. Different information depending on who's working- they weren't all rude but the afternoon/evening shift is useless. The girl at counter was polite and did her job There was no help there wih her. Precious encounters at uhaul someone always went over vehicle with me, she did not. When returning vehicle I should've been given an exact total but wasn't. Two days later still no final bill or receipt of vehicle being returned properly in email.Edward B.
Moved furniture yet being charged for cleaning. Checked in after hours on time yet you want to charge late fee. Often use U-Haul 1st bad experience, I will most likely pay the $15 cleaning fee just to make this go away.Michael F.

I ended at this location due to a flat tire on the van at my original reservation was at. This was the closet place you had a van for me to pickup. Which was an additional 20 miles from me. When I arrived I was given all the paperwork to the van and told to go check it in myself. After about a 10 min process I start the van up to see it also has a flat tire indicator showing and had a tire gauge on the passenger seat. I went back in and the girl chuckled and said well we have another you will just have to go through checking that one in now. That one had many extra damage that was not shown on the pictures upon checkin and smelled of a combination of pot and air fresheners which were in every vent. Upon returning I was told I had to check it back in myself or be charged an additional 20.00. Well this is difficult when during the process the haul site kept crashing. So for an additional 40 miles charged because I had no choice and doing all the leg work myself I definitely would not recommend this location.brenda S.

Location was closing at 7:00 pm. Went there to drop truck off at 6:30 pm, Person at desk said they do not accept rental in after 6;00 pm. So you have to check out on line. She was sitting there doing nothing! After moving and having many things going on that is not something the customer should have to do when the rental is returned in working hours!Mike W.

Didn't need a 15 foot truck, I ordered a 10 foot truck to save on fuel. Truck says that it's designed for fuel efficiency but the way it's configured with no cruise control and tow haul on at start are both fuel eaters.RICHARD R.

There were several times after a snow plow, up to a week that I’d have to tell the management to make sure they close the gates. Not only that but they keep raising the rates every year. I am very disappointed that I had reserved a larger unit to include the Climate Controlled environment, which is more expensive! Website states the storage unit will maintain 65-85 degrees all year, while moving in to Unit A14, we have noticed it is very cold inside and our belongings are not being kept warm.
