Elisha H | Overall ExperienceMy main complaint is that over ten years my rates have virtually doubled. Unfortunately like most businesses today that's the norm, while the rest of the working class would be lucky to see a 25-50% pay increase over the same time period.
Todd S | Overall ExperienceWas told that a lock would be waiting in my unit. Walked all the way up front, inquired about the lock and was told I needed to show ID even though I had the card for my storage unit saved on my phone. I had forgotten my wallet in my truck, so after walking all the way back, I just ended up going and buying my own lock because I’m not playing games. Having to show an ID to get a $10 lock is ridiculous.
DONOVAN F | Online Move InI was happy with the roof storage area for my motor coach, however the asphalt driveways were full of uneven reasphalted trenches for inground drainage piping and large deep pot holes that avoiding or driving over was difficult for large vehicles or trailers. Also each year when they raised there fees, they reemphasized the great security system which doesn’t relate to leaving their gate open frequently during the day so people can come in without a pass. Since I cannot control what is stored there, some areas of storage contains junk vehicles and trailers that have not been removed for years creating living and breeding areas for rodents increasing concerns for registered vehicles and travel trailers.
