Customer service is the worst of the worst. And also, the price I have been charged by this location of u-haul is not fair. I paid $91 for 15 Miles and less than an hour and a half rental of a cargo van.

Reserved my truck the day before came at my pick up time and waited over 45 min to be helped. Was never acknowledged by worker. The photos of the truck we were rented used to let you know about damage didn't match the truck we got. All around bad service

My drop off was quick and easy, the guy was informative and let me know the other location had not told me the truth about my drop off. However being charged extra mileage isn't okay, if I rent a truck for a day I should be able to use it how I see fit for the day, especially when I can't be provided with the proper truck size and have to make extra trips. Next time I will go with Penske or Enterprise.

I was charged for an extra day even though I returned the truck on time and only used it for 4 hrs. I called Uhaul and was told I would get a call back regarding this the next day but no one ever called back. I finally reached someone who was able to help me get a refund.

My truck had been broken into and repaired but there was still broken glass in the truck. As well as a file under the seat. The truck also smelled of weed in the cab. A customer should not have to deal with these problems.

Overall my experience with the uhaul at the SeaTac location in Washington was wobderful . Sarah Carper went above and beyond to accomodate my needs amd rental. Thank you I would highly recomend this location .

Pick-up was a different location from one I had a reservation at. Luckily I called the south hill location before I headed out to them to pick up the trailer at 10am. They informed me that the trailer was missing. Customer service on that part was horrible! I wasn't notified about the trailer 48hiurs in advance. They gal o spoke to said I needed to find one myself. After calling Uhaul 1-888 number they found one that had been in the Sea Tac lot all along. Extremely frustrating! The employees at the pick up location were the best! Sarah was exceptionally helpful the whole team was spot on. U Haul should clarify that a reservation is just a request and not a guarantee that you will get your reservation. That was explained to me by the company.....

Besides uHual losing the key for our first reservation that day and having to drive 10 extra miles south to pick up a smaller vehicle, it was a good experience.

Gentlemen who I first worked with to rent item wasn't really helpful. When I came next to pick up two whom helped were awesome and showed and helped with set up. Came to return a day early and same guy who I rented the first day same not helpful no info said I'd get a receipt in email. And walked away.

While renting the truck the gas line was cut. Apparently this has become fairly common. It would have been helpful to be aware of this. In fact the truck we rented already had a repaired gas line. It looked as though it was cut before.

I reserved the trailer through the app at one location, Auburn, and after somebody called me to say that they don't have the trailer there, and changed the location from Auburn to Renton and when a check the app it was in Seatac location??? And this is not the first time. Why you have the app, if I can not do the rezervetion accurate, it's not working?

The help was great, the self check in service is absolutely ridiculous. I selected the "ride share" so i could check myself in without going to the counter, but when I showed up I spent 25 minutes in the parking lot dicking with your bullshit website that didnt work. And of course thwt whole 25 minutes I was on hold waiting to get someone at uhaul customer service on the phone. Don't offer a service if you can't provide it,

I was having a great experience until I got into the truck. When I climbed in, it smelled horribly. I don't smoke, and I have very sensitive to the smell of cigarettes. I know the cigarette was smoked in the truck by the UHAUL employee, because I saw him smoking when I arrived, and had to wait inside for him to come in to check out my truck to me. When he came in, he proudly announced he had just finished cleaning the truck out from the prior renter. I will always use this location because it is closest to my home, and generally the employees are very professional. If UHAUL has a no smoking policy, it would be good to remind the employees to smoke away from the vehicles.

I was charged for gas but I filled it up to the line which was 3/4 tank it was on when I rented it and they still charged me for 2.78 gas @ $4.40 per gal which equal $8.80. Now why would I pay $4.40 per gal when I felt it back up at a rate of 2:89 per gal. I've used U-Haul for over 30yrs and this is the first time I had this kind of experience. Unhappy Customer

While the online booking process proved to be a PAIN, the folks at U-Haul of SEATAC were amazing!! Due to reservation issues, we didn't get there until 10 minutes before they closed. The wonderful lady (sadly I did not get her name) working there was very accommodating and helpful. Once we had the trailer connected we found that there were no brake lights. Did some troubleshooting and found it was a bad fuse in our tow vehicle. Again, she was accommodating and allowed me to take care of the issue, even though she was technically closed by then. We were off and had a great moving experience thanks to the staff of this location!! Would highly recommend this location to rent from!

This location is busy and only the manager was available. She even admitted she needed to hire more people to every customer in the store at that moment. Then, the manager was going to charge us the first months rent in which I told her we would be getting one month free because that's what it reservation was supposed to include. Customer service even told my husband that this location has a unit available and the first month would be free. She then tells me, "I don't participate in that. Because I'm so small here, I don't participate in that." I went back to the car to tell my husband who was watching our 5 month old who was sleeping. He goes in to talk to her and began to tell her that we were told we would get one month free of storage and that her sign in the front even says one month free rent. The manager says that she has to put that on her sign which is FALSE ADVERTISING! Then the manager finally asked if we had a certificate. My husband grabs the certificate from the car and then the manager says we can get one month free. It is my fault I wasn't prepared with the certificate but also the manager could've asked me and I would've remembered and got it myself. Horrible experience.
