You did not have a bigger truck and there was no ramp. It was a mistake for us to have taken the small truck. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with your outrageous charges for a truck that was useless. We won't use you in the future.

I rented a 10 ft truck and it didn't have a ramp. I assumed all trucks had ramps. Would have been easier with ramp and I would rented next size. Again it was an excellent rental experience

The young lady that helped me at the facility when I got there with the truck and moving my belongings into the storage unit was absolutely amazing. She was not only gracious and attentive, but she also went above and beyond by staying late to make sure we were all set and didn’t need anything further. She is a star!

That day didn't have any internet on her laptop and she has to use her cellphone and kinda rude because she had to go window for a drive-through for people who order for, etc.... I have to stan and waiting almost for 1 hour while she is trying on cellphone and people drive through I don't appreciate and the Uhaul wasn't clean

This rental broke down while I was using it, luckily, I was in a residential area and not on the side of the freeway. I called the office to find out what I needed to do, after almost 30 minutes and numerous attempts, the lady told me to call roadside. She also said that she just got it back from “the shop” but didn't know that was wrong with it. At this point, my phone battery was low, I needed to pick up my kids from daycare. My car was parked at the rental location in Noblesville and no help from U-Haul. Called roadside to see what I needed to do, wait time was long and automated messaging directed me to go online to schedule roadside service. Again, my phone battery was low and I needed to get my kids. I left the rental at a safe parking spot and hailed an Uber to take me to me car so that I can go pick up my kids at day care. Roadside finally called me almost 2 hours later. Said that there was someone on the way in an hour to look at the broken down vehicle and that I needed to be there. … Roadside people got there, said there was some sort of issue with the airflow to the engine and that they would take it back to the rental location. Next day, U-Haul office calls me to ask if I planned on returning the rental van, I notified her that it broke down, roadside was supposed to get it and take it back to them… I never got to use it for the intended purpose because of the breakdown and now I get a charge for the rental. I demand a refund

Easy pick- up, nice interaction with Tracie. Drop off just as Smooth as the Cargo Van we had for 4 hours. Will definitely use this location again if the need comes up. The only thing I would change is the parking. It's very limited. Over all, Excellent!!

Spent over $500 in the past two weekends at uHaul for moves... got my receipt and they nickel and dimed me $20 for ONE MILE over the allotment of miles (.40 cents) and $19 for gas on the gas needle being a SLIVER under the 3/8 level. You could not even tell... I asked him if the wear on the tire tread was a charge, or oil use, or windshield wiper fluid? He said no it is all included in the package... ??

Did not inspect vehicle before handing keys over. Leak in roof. He said he would call and find out what to do. Never heard back. Called the location and was told he left for the day. There were furniture pads which I had reserved at the store but he didn't have the key to access them. Belongings soaked because of leak in roof.

The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. The lady at the desk hollered out with 5 people around qto another customer stating "Your card declined, you have to pay with cash!" The guy asked if he could use another card and she rudely said "no, that probably wont work either, you need cash!" He looked humiliated. Once my turn, I gave her my reservation number and she didnt even make eye contact and said "you havent even dispatched yourself, you've only made a reservation you havent done anything else yet!" When asked how to dispatch myself she said "our system crashed, I cant help with anything". I got on my phone and didnt see anything that mentioned "dispatching". She was so unhelpful I ended up leaving. My spouse ended up calling customer service who switched the reservation to "self pick up" that then allowed me to get the truck. When I went back there were more people than there were uhaul vehicles and everyone was upset. Bad experience but would have been ok had the customer service employee been friendly.

The parking spaces are far too tight to allow for a proper inspection before pickup. The truck had damage all over, much of it undocumented, which made the pickup process more difficult than it needed to be. The truck was also very old and had loose steering, which made it difficult to drive.

Where do I even start? I chose this location because I have rented from there before, with no problems. I pull up, get out of my car start walking to the front door and the stores only worker at the time asks me "do you have a reservation" I said no but I need a uhaul. She then says "well I am going to the back to pull up a uhaul for someone who made a reservation." I said okay thats fine, I can wait. She said "no, now I have to take care of you because you are here." Once again I told her she can go do what she needs to do and I can wait. She said "no I can't now." Didn't realize that a paying customer was a problem, i have rented several uhauls without reservations before and have never had a problem let alone an attitude. We start the process she asks me what size uhaul I need, I point to the small 10 foot uhauls outside the door and said that size will be fine. She says "which one" I said and pointed once again to the uhuals outside the door and said any one of those small ones. She asked me what I needed to move (none of her business, I know what I wanted I voiced it and gave a visual to which one I want) I told her a queen size mattress, couch and table and some smaller items. She asks me "if I want a van instead". I said no, I had a van when I moved the queen sized mattress and it didn't fit, it had to be put in at an angle and I would not be able to fit anything else in it. She said "yeah those don't fit queen size mattresses"....then why suggest it??!!!??! She then asks where I am moving my stuff to (once again none of her business) I told her to a storage unit a little over a mile from my apartment and I just need it for a few hours. She then tries to up-sell me with a bigger uhaul, I had to tell her no several times and that I just wanted the small 10ft uhaul. After arguing with her about this I quickly became annoyed and said look I just need to get my stuff moved so I can rest before I go to Yellowstone for work. She then says "you're taking the uhaul to Yellowstone?" IF she had been listening to me this whole time which clearly she has not been she would have heard me say I was needing the small 10ft uhaul to move my items a little over a mile down the road and only needed it for a couple of hours. Not for 1700 miles and three days. So not only did I have to deal with her attitude when I first got there but I then had to repeat myself several times just to get a 10ft uhaul. I will not be using this location ever again and will not suggest it to any of my family or friends. This is not how a customer should be treated. I was treated like crap for not having a reservation then like crap again for knowing exactly what I wanted.

The only complain I have is a rented a 6x12 trailer and the complimentary unit was a 5×10. I told the desk agent the trailer is FULL, but she said it would fit and didn't offer a bigger size unit. I couldn't fit 4 pieces of furniture into the unit. But I can't really complain, since it was a free month.
