Jill L | Overall ExperienceI only gave an average because during the snow we got while I was putting stuff in storage or taking out, the snow was plowed right in front of the door to enter my storage unit. I had to dig snow out every time I went to the unit. Even broke a shovel trying to dig out a path. Sorry, but it was quite a pain to have to dig out snow just to put in or take out item to or from the unit. Other than that, I was pleased with the experience.

Rina E | Overall ExperienceThe unit was fairly reasonable. However, with road construction making it difficult for clients to enter and exit Uhaul decided that it would be a great idea to raise its pricing i guess to subsubstise it's loses for those moving out due to access issues. It would have made more since to support those loyal customers that have to deal with issues accessing the units by offering a price decrease other than raising prices on the loyal customers.

DEON C | First ImpressionsPretty sure I had a storage unit with U-Haul for 5 or 6 years. Facility was always clean, well maintained. For the last couple of years there has been no onsite management at the Pleasant street location. All and all, a good experience.

LYNDON F | Overall ExperienceI say excellent because we ended up needing a bigger unit then we thought when we saw the first unit. We were able to get what we needed on a Sunday through the website. I think though you need more moving carts at the other entrances of building F. We only found 2 in the whole building and that was by accident and they were very helpful for moving our stuff to the new the units. Thank you.
