We asked for paperwork showing we dropped of the trailer and the guy said no paperwork. I said i can i prove i dropped off the trailer. He said you do not. Had to call U-haul 3 times the next day as it showed we still had the trailer. 24hr later got the email . Will never us

They said their system was malfunctioning. They never explained to me that there was a time limit for delivery. ARTURO RWhen we dropped the trailer off there was staff to guide up with the trailer and they did all the disconnect for us. It was a quick and simple process to return the trailer.
TRACY ANobody was really about to help with the return and when I knocked On the door it looked like it was someone house and a little boy maybe 5 yrs old answered the door.
Ramiro LThe location we went for pick up of truck and dolly was horrific. The lady who helped us at the desk was a young girl who I could tell had zero experience. She was FaceTiming her mom to get instructions on how to complete my reservation. I mentioned we ordered appliance dolly and she proceeded to take pics of the tow dolly. I reminded her that’s not what I ordered and then they didn’t have an appliance dolly and told me to pick it up at another location. The whole process took an hour. She was FaceTiming her mom the entire time acting like this was a huge inconvenience for her. The mother was yelling at the daughter because they couldn’t coordinate or communicate with each other. It was a shit show and they’re a bunch of hillbilly’s. I was so annoyed I went to Home Depot to rent a dolly.
