There was nobody is the office when I arrived. I had to honk my horn and still nobody came. He was moving a truck from the street into the facility. Once the ruck was in the parking lot he got of the truck and just looked at me with no response. He then went and got tire chalk for the trailer and then walk off. He got in the truck that he had just brought in the yard and proceeded to move it behind a fence. He then walked over to me. He apparently was under the impression that I was going to unhook the trailer. I told him that I didn't hook it up and that I wasn't going to unhook it. With age and medical condition I was physically unable to do it. This whole procedure took over30 minutes. In my opinion this is very poor customer service.
