Better customer service and better maintenance on product. When I arrived trailer tongue of trailer was buried in snow. There was no tongue jack so was on ground. When asked for help one of the men said it was too heavy to lift. The other man went and got shovel. When he was getting shovel the one that said it was to heavy lifted tongue lifted of ground. They shoveled some snow away then leaned the shovel on the side of my truck. When asked to move it he threw it in ground. I have now been charged for three days instead of one. Was charged $78.99 on Friday day of pick up. When questioned the man when dropped off said I would have to talk to manger and gave me his number. I called and just got answering machine. Left message. I then got an email notice that I have been charged yet again for a one day rental. So now I have paid a total of $118.48 for a one day rental. I called Ryan the manager and he said he has put the $39.49 charge to close out rental. I then asked why I had already been charged for not one day but two Monday of pickup, he said he doesn't see that charge. And it should come off. If not I need to call 1-800 U-Haul on Monday. So yes not at all satisfied with my experience.

Check the fuel level when you leave. The gauge read 3/4 but their record I found out later said 7/8. I had to refill to that level an additional $15.00 upon return or pay an additional $23.00. Truck was a pig on fuel.

There was a leak in the roof above the cab part of the truck and some of my items were damaged. I dislike not getting a full tank of gas and returning it full as it's challenging to have it be the exactly the same amount when you return it if it is not full. I paid approx. $50 extra on gas as I returned it fuller than when I picked it up. The side mirrors did not allow me to put them at the correct angle and seem to be made for larger individuals. Women drive your trucks too! No usb charger to keep a phone charged which was challenging as I used it for directions. The individual who did the paperwork and checked me out was friendly and helpful but did not show me anything about operating the vehicle or indicate any existing damages. Overall it was an underwhelming experience trying to get the paperwork done while they were taking food phone orders and cooking burgers and fries.
