Truck was not running well. The staff member was trying to run a busy gas station convenience store while dealing with the rental. Staff was not knowledgeable about the rental terms, gas policy etc. I would not rent from this location again.

The lady I talked to on the phone quoted me a price of 39.99 for the rental because of an inconvenience that I couldn't get the size I wanted but ultramarine charged me 49.99 and when I brought this to his attention it didn't matter and he still charged me full price
DARLENE MMake sure truck is not stuck in mud, before customer picks up truck. I had to get the truck unstuck. Which wasted 30 minutes of my time.
Steve MThe parking lot was very busy with gas station clients but the U-Haul staff made parking the truck very easy and the return was smooth.
DOUGLAS Wrental agent was pleasant and helpful, however; the vehicle was covered in a foot of snow, should not be responsibility of renter to clean this. the tire pressure indicator showed low pressure in one of the tires, should not be responsibility of renter to rectify this.
