Everything was well handled and helpful.
Angela MThe location did not know I was coming and this delayed our day by about an hour. The guy was helpful and nice, but he had no idea we were coming and was having service issues being able to get us checked out.
Hailey WPerson working did not have any knowledge about trailers. He let us leave without having brake light hookups. We needed a converter and he told us we could get it at Auto Zone. When we asked if he needed to look at the hookup he stated he didn’t know how they were supposed to hook up. I would suggest selecting a true U-Haul store if possible.
Nicky BEmployee was not trained or experienced in renting out the trailer. Train your employees so they can answer questions.
