Person working did not have any knowledge about trailers. He let us leave without having brake light hookups. We needed a converter and he told us we could get it at Auto Zone. When we asked if he needed to look at the hookup he stated he didn’t know how they were supposed to hook up. I would suggest selecting a true U-Haul store if possible.
