I reserved in a location in north richland hills. Then I'm told I have to go to grapevine to pick up the trailer. When I arrive in grapevine, they tell me to go to this location in fort worth that is 45 minutes away. Uhaul needs to look up the definition of "reservation." Uhaul is a very unprofessional company and I will be avoiding it in the future.Joseph T.

1. There needs to be better communication around pick up timeâ€¦ the key was not in the drop boxâ€¦ the person was rude when I asked them to give me the key 2. I booked in advance and I was re scheduled 3 times right before my truck rental date wayyy out of my way . Then I didn't receive my month free storage and was told â€œ sorry we don't know what happens â€œ I am still waiting for someone to get back to me . This is by far the worst experience in years that I had and will not rent with Uhal again . Sad to see good customer service is no longer a priority .Dayana C.

My rep was amazing. She was so sweet to help me in a time of need. Scheduling on U-HAUL's part and NOT on Rep. cause her to be in a situation. I waited an hour for the owner to come out of her home/office with no communication as to what was going on. When I asked for updates she wouldn't answer her phone, but would text me saying she was "unavailable." By the time she came out, I already had found my trailer, hooked everything up, and done all the adjustments myself.Claire O.

I did not like the self pickup. It took a long time to go through the website and get my vehicle. I was also contacted at 7:30pm the night before my reservation to be informed that the truck I reserved was not available. So I ended up having to rent a smaller truck. I dropped off a truck during business hours. There was a sign and a phone number and a key drop off. I contacted the person through text and they responded that they were busy with other UHaul business and directed me to park the truck and put the key in the drop box. They would check the truck in as soon as they could. I did as told. I received texts/emails over the next couple of days that the truck was not returned. A person in "UHaul Traffic" finally told me they were checking it in.Scott N.

The young lady that handled my reservation was very helpful and informative. I needed a smaller trailer than what I had reserved. Thankfully she adjusted my reservation to suit my needs. She was very courteous and pleasant to speak to speak with. I will definitely use them again.Craig H.
Took almost an hour to get truck. Dolly and furniture blankets were left out. Talked with customer support and all she could do was extend my rental to 24 hours even though I did not need it for that much time.Ryan W.

Your check-in process was abominable. I had to climb back into the cab over a dozen times to take photos of the mileage, then take pictures of the truck and then take pictures of the overall scene where I parked the truck, then NO MATTER HOW QUICKLY I ACCOMPLISHED THIS, I GOT A MESSAGE TO TAKE A MORE CURRENT PHOTO AND SUBMIT IT AGAIN!!! OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER, and I could never finish the checkout even after more that an hour because it wanted ever more current pictures. If your manager who had rented me the truck had not happened to stop by and tell me she would take care of it I would still be there taking pictures over and over and over!James B.

It was a rough start because the lockbox for the keys was not functioning, but the owner was there (Jennifer) and she helped us out. Then she advised us that they didn't have any furniture blankets - even though the website indicated that they were available for an additional fee. After some additional discussion, Jennifer was very helpful, adding 2 hrs to our time, and helping us figure out the app. so the return process would go better than the pick-up process (it did).Justin P.

Woman that owned the place can out quickly came to look at the vehicle. I asked for an email or text confirmation to show that I dropped off the vehicle and that the transaction was completed. She says that her phone is charging and that she is running 2 different businesses and that she'll send it later. I call the Uhaul customer service and they tell me that if I don't receive the text or email from her confirming the drop off, they one to me immediately. I ate lunch with my parents and this drop off location was on my way to my parents house. I stopped back off there to ask if she can send me confirmation text or email that I dropped the 10 feet van at her place. She comes out really upset and saying that i'm harassing her. How am I harrassing her for asking her to provide a confirmation text or email. She walked over to the vehicle sat in the driver seat and then I called the U-Haul customer service number I cannot reach anyone but kept trying to call the service number 10 minutes later I finally received that confirmation text from U-Haul saying that I drop the vehicle off. This woman was incredibly rude and kept on saying that she runs 2 businesses if this is one of her businesses this woman should treat her customer just like she's trying to do the best she can to run those businesses instead of making excuses and not being professional enough to have all of her phones charged so she could send out the proper notices to her customers to run her business well I would not recommend this location drop off it seems like this woman doesn't have any time for anybody except herselfMatthew P.

I rented the trailer on Saturday and dropped it off on Sunday on Wednesday I got an email that the trailer was late being turned in. I had to be on hold with UHaul for an extended period to get this straightened out because the business had not signed the trailer back in.JAMES S.

This is a VERY sketchy place. There are huge guard dogs on the property. Run down trailer houses by the uhaul drop area. There's no directions as to where you should park.Whitney B.

The mobile pickup was a disaster. The UHAUL agent I was online chatting with was NOT helpful at ALL. Once the Uhaul location opened, the staff helped me and they took care of me how the online mobile pickup agent SHOULD'VE helped me. I can't say enough good things about the Uhaul location staff. She saved me as a customer for sure, and she was very helpful. The online experience was awful. If Uhaul needs more documentation or contacts than just me and my Driver's License, then they need to tell me that before move-in day aka the most stressful day of my year. Uhaul online experience exponentially increased my stress level and I'm just glad that the actual Uhaul location was opening soon after my mobile pickup time, otherwise my whole move would've been thrown off.TIMOTHY H.

have a location that answers the phone and when they text you they are busy and will call you back to actually do so. also have the equipment requested in order or notify the customer it's not available prior to pu. you know common courtesy. i ordered 10 blankets for my move to protect my goods when i pu the truck was told then no blankets available and go somewhere else to get them. needless to say the movers i hired were already to go and i had zero time to chase down blankets. So many of my wood furniture got nicked and scratched because i had nothing to protect them. i am 66 yrs old and have moved more than 20 times in my life and have always uses u haul. never again and would try to dissuade anyone i meet from using your company. fyi truck was filthy inside and back ramp was not working so when i called dealer she said her husband had not tighten two bolts above ramp so had to lift up piece which was blocking access to use. gotta love the customer service.PAUL R.

Jennifer was very helpful. When I returned the truck they wanted to charge me $140 for gas fill up but when I showed her the picture of when I first got the vehicle she did some digging and figured out that the milage wasn't correct. She got the problem fixed and taken care ofRICHARD P.
