This location is not customer friendly, I attempted to speak with manager and employee about me being charge for additional gas. I received truck on 7 8ths, I return truck the same and was charge for 3 4ths. I attempted twice to explain by letting manager know I took pictures of truck before I turned back . The phone disconnected and know one would pick phone back up. This is not excepted, I need someone to call me immediately, 678. 755.2554.

Estimated Rates should not turn into over double the price given especially if mileage driven is under what was in estimate. Also have a separate person conducting U-Haul customer service. Person was running store and customer service. Very poor handling

Every thing was perfect until I saw the bill. It looks like they overcharged me. When I return the car in less than 2 hours the person in charge told me that the total amount is about $40 but now it looks like i was charged double. Can you help me fix this? Thanks

Manny was professional and courteous. The equipment was clean

I would recommend this location only because they will almost always have trucks available when other locations will not. However, I was very disappointed with the customer service by one individual - a young man with glasses and blond hair, but I did not find his name anywhere. I had to rent a 15 foot U-Haul twice in two weeks to transport props and set pieces for drama Regional and then State competitions. The first time, for Regionals, was my first experience ever with renting a U-Haul and with doing business with this particular location (my husband usually does this). This young man processed my reservation and gave me the keys, and then said, "it is around the side somewhere." He then began working with another customer, and I was left to myself to wander around in the dark parking lot looking for the right truck. It took me a while to realize the ID numbers were at the top of the truck above the driver's side window, and then, when I finally located the truck for which I had a key, it was in the back alley behind the gas station, parked in tight quarters between other trucks! And, it was a very dark alley, at that - there was no outside lighting at all. I only had my cell phone flashlight to guide my way. It was quite unnerving - and then even more unnerving to get into a truck of which the likes I have never driven, and maneuver it out of its place, back it out of the narrow alley, and then drive it to a lighted place so I could see well enough to figure out where the interior lights were, and what all of the signage actually said. I did it, but I should not have had to have gone through all of that. He should have gotten the truck out of the alley and pulled it around for me, then made sure I was comfortable and that the mileage and fuel level were actually what was written on the form. Also, when I rent cars, they usually want me to inspect the vehicle myself and note any damages not already noted so that I would not be liable for them. This young man just handed me the keys and sent me on an eerie hunting trip. When I rented the second U-Haul for the State competition, the young man was not present, and the very friendly gas station attendant called him and walked me through the transaction with him on the phone. I was assigned one truck which was thankfully parked in front of the gas station, but the back door was raised and would not come down. After my friend (I took reinforcements with me, this time), the gas station attendant, and I worked up a sweat pulling and tugging on the door for a while, I finally asked if we couldn't just get another truck. She called the young man, and got approval to do that - which was not a problem, except that we were now running quite late to get the truck to the school in time to load up and leave for State. But the gas station attendant was amazing, friendly, and more than helpful. I wish I had gotten her name, too. She is a true asset to that establishment! Upon returning this truck, the young man

I did not sign a contract. The cashier placed a phone call then gave me the keys and simply told me to return it back with the same amount of gas that it had when I picked it up. After returning the truck there was an unusual amount of time to wait and the gentleman is simply stated he would email me my receipt. We did not walk around the truck, we did not do a lot of things that the normal facilities would do. When I did receive my receipt it's stated that I was charged for the safe move insurance which was not accurate as I opted out. I emailed the facility twice so far with no response as of yet. I will be returning to the facility at my earliest convenience to get this issue resolved. Although it is a small amount of money it is my money.

I requested not to have the insurance. Even did quick pickup which ask me if I would like the insurance and I declined. Got no paperwork to sign at the location it was emailed to me. That was when I saw I was charged the insurance even though i declined. The lady at the location did not know how to do Uhaul had to call to have someone do it over the phone. I would like to be reimbursed for the insurance that I declined ($60.00). I called customer service as soon as I saw the email and a notation was made on the account. The location was supposed to give it back and declined. The same lady was there again and didn't know how to operate Uhaul computer system.

I was given the keys and number of a truck that was not the one on my contract. There was damage to the dolly that was not documented. If I had not paid for the damage waiver I would have had to fight about that as well. These people were more concerned about checking in every vendor that came through the door while I was there, making me wait for them every time. Then they misinformed me about the dolly rental that cost me 2 more hours of my time. In 40 years of renting from UHaul, this was the second worst experience I have ever had.

The owner of this store was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He has absolutely no customer service skills and should not be in his current position. He did not explain why he needed my credit card when I had already paid online and told me to let him do his job when I asked for it back as he walked outside, leaving my credit card and ID just sitting on the counter unattended. There were a number of other issues with how this gentleman treated me and because if him, I will never be using Uhaul again.

I am being charged a $25 cleaning fee but the truck was already dirty when I picked it up. As noted in the pictures for the self check in and as told to the representative Barbara. The same way it was picked up was the same way it was dropped off. why should we be responsible for fees that we didn't accumulate?

The man that helped us at the Chevron was extremely obnoxious, and rude. Very dismissive. It is a UHaul inside a gas station so obviously it is busy. He was the only one working inside the store which is why our rental process took forever. They were severely understaffed. The store was dirty and smelled. I will never use UHAUL again. Ever !

I had a 9:00am pick up. The uhaul staff was not available in person so the store clerk had to call him and attend to me. I would have preferred the uhaul staff in person so I could ask questions. This delayed my move by 45 minutes.

When I arrived the man seemed to be very busy and I understand that. My problem is due to him being so busy he was making mistakes with all of his customers including me. When I arrived he told me I didn't have a reservation until I showed him my reservation. Once he saw my reservation he then called someone for help to make sure I got my truck. He asked for my ID then just handed me the keys. When I first set up the reservation it was for 4:30PM and it was without their additional insurance since I already have insurance. When I returned the vehicle they tried to say I didn't put enough gas back into the truck and thankfully I took pictures to prove that I did. Then they tried to charge me for mileage that I didn't use. That was later resolved but then I discovered they have also tried to charge me for their $14 insurance as well even though I opted out of it. When speaking with them I explained that I did not purchase optional insurance as I have my own. When I logged back into to show the representative that I did not opt for it I then see that my reservation time was changed to 4:36PM and that the insurance was added. Thankfully I took pictures of my original reservation and provided it as proof and am waiting for them to fix this mess. Basically if you go here be prepared to be charged more than you should and to have to go back and forth to be charged the right pricing. Thanks for reading.

The u-haul rental service could be more distinct from the fuel/convenience store services. The mixed-use results in longer-than-normal waiting times (slower service). The online pickup service didn't work but the keys/contract had to be picked up inside anyway.

I have needed a truck for moving things locally before and had I realized just how easy this would be I would have rented one many times before! Great customer service, easy transaction and reasonable fee! Thank you!

Paid to rent uhaul, paid for mileage and had to fill back up. $94 total for 5 hours .. Ridiculous!! Did not know all these details , website showed $35 total . Will stick to budget!!

The numbers on the front of the vehicle in order to confirm vehicle are to small, maybe adding some type of neon colors or an object that would be easier to locate especially for someone who has difficulty with their eyesight..

I had a 4pm pick up time. No one was there when I arrived. I finally picked up the truck after 5:15PM. I wish uhaul would compensate me for such an inconvenience.
