I rented a 26ft and the clerk of a foreign nationality told me that the machine was down and she took a picture frontman back of my credit card and Driver License without my permission , i was sooo mad and she sent it to owner ( I assume) to complete my application, i told her my concern of fraud and identity theft and i told her i did not like what she done she say she deleted my information, i spoke to owner and he say he understood and told me not to worry.

The manager and initial first experience reserving the van was very positive via Kelly at another location I was trying to book. The gentleman who was the manager at this location was pleasant. The van was clean.

I got very ill earlier and called U haul to extend the return for a few additional hours, until later this evening, since I was at the Urgent Care...then on to the hospital. The rep from Uhaul told me that I would not be charged...unfortunately I was charged almost $100 more according to the email I received after we took the drop back tonight...This is unacceptable due to the rep stating that I would not be charged. However, I will be contacting my attorney as well as the corporate office.

It was really easy. People were nice.

Had to hook up the trailer myself, no inspection completed.

Truck cab was filthy, reaked of cigerett smoke, and ashes were everywhere. My wife's gray jacket turned brown with the dirt and filth that was on the armrest of the passenger seat. The truck felt like it was going to fall apart and got really bad fuel mileage (around 8mpg). I don't think I will ever rent from uhaul again.

Poor customer service. I would not recommend my friends and family to Rental this place.

I didn't like the fact there was only 1 person working the Uhaul side and the gas station side as well. Every time an customer came into the station, the sales person had to leave me and ring up their purchases. This was constant throughout the check-in. Which I was assured would be less timing if I filled out all the information on line.

The location is a very bust gas station/quickie mart and though easy to find is pretty difficult to navigate where to park the truck if front spaces are full. There are no signs indicating to pull truck around to the back from the far end of the entrance.

This location is not customer friendly, I attempted to speak with manager and employee about me being charge for additional gas. I received truck on 7 8ths, I return truck the same and was charge for 3 4ths. I attempted twice to explain by letting manager know I took pictures of truck before I turned back . The phone disconnected and know one would pick phone back up. This is not excepted, I need someone to call me immediately, 678. 755.2554.

Estimated Rates should not turn into over double the price given especially if mileage driven is under what was in estimate. Also have a separate person conducting U-Haul customer service. Person was running store and customer service. Very poor handling

Every thing was perfect until I saw the bill. It looks like they overcharged me. When I return the car in less than 2 hours the person in charge told me that the total amount is about $40 but now it looks like i was charged double. Can you help me fix this? Thanks

Manny was professional and courteous. The equipment was clean

I would recommend this location only because they will almost always have trucks available when other locations will not. However, I was very disappointed with the customer service by one individual - a young man with glasses and blond hair, but I did not find his name anywhere. I had to rent a 15 foot U-Haul twice in two weeks to transport props and set pieces for drama Regional and then State competitions. The first time, for Regionals, was my first experience ever with renting a U-Haul and with doing business with this particular location (my husband usually does this). This young man processed my reservation and gave me the keys, and then said, "it is around the side somewhere." He then began working with another customer, and I was left to myself to wander around in the dark parking lot looking for the right truck. It took me a while to realize the ID numbers were at the top of the truck above the driver's side window, and then, when I finally located the truck for which I had a key, it was in the back alley behind the gas station, parked in tight quarters between other trucks! And, it was a very dark alley, at that - there was no outside lighting at all. I only had my cell phone flashlight to guide my way. It was quite unnerving - and then even more unnerving to get into a truck of which the likes I have never driven, and maneuver it out of its place, back it out of the narrow alley, and then drive it to a lighted place so I could see well enough to figure out where the interior lights were, and what all of the signage actually said. I did it, but I should not have had to have gone through all of that. He should have gotten the truck out of the alley and pulled it around for me, then made sure I was comfortable and that the mileage and fuel level were actually what was written on the form. Also, when I rent cars, they usually want me to inspect the vehicle myself and note any damages not already noted so that I would not be liable for them. This young man just handed me the keys and sent me on an eerie hunting trip. When I rented the second U-Haul for the State competition, the young man was not present, and the very friendly gas station attendant called him and walked me through the transaction with him on the phone. I was assigned one truck which was thankfully parked in front of the gas station, but the back door was raised and would not come down. After my friend (I took reinforcements with me, this time), the gas station attendant, and I worked up a sweat pulling and tugging on the door for a while, I finally asked if we couldn't just get another truck. She called the young man, and got approval to do that - which was not a problem, except that we were now running quite late to get the truck to the school in time to load up and leave for State. But the gas station attendant was amazing, friendly, and more than helpful. I wish I had gotten her name, too. She is a true asset to that establishment! Upon returning this truck, the young man

I did not sign a contract. The cashier placed a phone call then gave me the keys and simply told me to return it back with the same amount of gas that it had when I picked it up. After returning the truck there was an unusual amount of time to wait and the gentleman is simply stated he would email me my receipt. We did not walk around the truck, we did not do a lot of things that the normal facilities would do. When I did receive my receipt it's stated that I was charged for the safe move insurance which was not accurate as I opted out. I emailed the facility twice so far with no response as of yet. I will be returning to the facility at my earliest convenience to get this issue resolved. Although it is a small amount of money it is my money.

I requested not to have the insurance. Even did quick pickup which ask me if I would like the insurance and I declined. Got no paperwork to sign at the location it was emailed to me. That was when I saw I was charged the insurance even though i declined. The lady at the location did not know how to do Uhaul had to call to have someone do it over the phone. I would like to be reimbursed for the insurance that I declined ($60.00). I called customer service as soon as I saw the email and a notation was made on the account. The location was supposed to give it back and declined. The same lady was there again and didn't know how to operate Uhaul computer system.
