I asked for a dolly, it wasn’t there. The truck was dirty. The app wasn’t working properly. On hold with customer service for way too long. Overall, terrible experience.

LOIS GILESI had a hard time with pickup. After easy reservation. The app wouldn't let me go to pickup. I ended up calling for assistance. She was very helpful. This was nice but it took an hour to finally get the truck. I had wanted it 5 hours . Then only 4 remaining. I only needed to go a short distance luckily. The return was no drama.

kAYLA HALLMajor issues getting the key from the box. Apparently it was my phone settings not allowing location. I had to call customer service and thankfully he was ON IT! He was so nice and sooo helpful and walked me through every thing I needed to do to get this key. (It was ALOT!!) He definitely made my (otherwise horrible) Day!! Thank you!

Greg LeavensI ordered a 10ft truck on Saturday December 4th for 12 noon and upon arriving they said no trucks were available and I should not have been scheduled. I’m very disappointed I had to them wait until Monday and take time off of work to complete so it cost me a lot more. Hopefully you all come through and give me the $50 your site claims you state you offer since it was your scheduling error. However the truck itself and cost are good and would recommend to others.

DONALD WETZELI did mobile pick up and there was an issue. The code for the combo to get the key was not listed so the clerk at the unimart had to call. It was rather confusing and I was concerned. I tried to call U-Haul when I got back home but was unable to get through

AUTUMN PORTOMake sure the trucks have tires with tread and are in alignment.
Kayla MatsookNeeded a 10’ box rental but was not available when making the reservation online resulting in me requesting a 20’ truck. When I arrived I received a 26’ truck paying that rate including the increased cost in fuel due to the larger trucks fuel efficiency.
Christian Marburgerthe truck i was to get was not ready it seems that only one person is in charge of the uhauls and was'nt there i had to call the 800 number to get the code for the lock box this took over an hour i like the rental but i will go to another location for my next rental

VANESSA HENSCHELTry not to quote prices that can’t be found when your customers decide to rent you’re trailers after checking prices on your web site and then calling in to make their reservation. My whole experience was really great except the price difference.
Fred TurnerVery nice people.But seemed like they didn't know what they were doing(maybe a new dealer).I was very specific about it being a one way rental.I didn't realize when I returned it to the place I specified where I was returning it to that they wrote it up as a local rental.The guy at the Youngstown location smoothed it out.I wasn't happy at first when the rental was almost 3 times what I was quoted by Z&I.
Dennis MinzeThis rental was a huge ordeal from the word go, location changed 3 times, I had to go 20 miles from the original location to get this trailer, it was in poor shape, I had to fix a marker light and hold one of the broken ramps in with a bungee strap, I did not want to take it but I had no choice, I was also charged for 2 extra days because the clerk waited until 3:00pm the day AFTER I returned it to check it in
