The older couple that received the uhaul were very polite and fast with checking me in. Very pleased with my overall experience.

Michael sI have been to this location twice in the last 3 months. She is very nice, well maintained. punctual. However, UHAUL has been down both times and have not been able to rent at the time anticipated. The first time when the system, UHAUL, was down 45 minutes. This time it was over an hour. I called tried to give a credit card and license and that didn't work. I was told I had to wait. Honestly, it has been a pain. I recommend the person renting from, but not UHAUL.

Sarah DI would love to see some U-Haul Trucks and Cargo Vans at this location. For anyone local in the area that may need a U-Haul Truck or Van can't do so cause there aren't any way this location which miss leads to false advertising!

Nick JThe computer was very slow which led to an incredibly long wait time while picking up the equipment. Also, this location did not have the moving blankets we reserved. So, I then had to call several other uhaul locations to find the necessary moving blankets.

PAMALA JI haul changed my pickup location the day of the pickup; when we arrived their system went down; the new pickup location added extra miles than the original pickup location. I’ll think twice about renting from I haul again; I was not satisfied.
Michael AThe lady at the pick up location was very nice but had lots of trouble with the computer system. It seemed as if she was very uncomfortable with the process and it took us longer to rent the uhaul than it did to drive it to our new location.
