We were supposed to drop off in San Rafael, but we were changed to a location 30 minutes away. Since it was a day early and after hours, we had to drop off at a market. That was an odd place to leave a truck and we were nervous about leaving it there.
Catherina BTruck rode rough and made noises the whole trip. Person who checked us in was on his phone the whole time and didn’t even do a walk through of the truck or give us ANY instructions.
JUSTIN HClarify all charges beforehand. I only needed the van to drop off a large TV. I drove 20 miles total & replaced the gas. Upon receiving my receipt I saw charges for the miles an additional $20. Not happy. Considering disputing with my card company as these were hidden figures.
PAMELA DMake sure the truck is clean. There was broken glass in the back. The inside smelled lf smoke.
Maritza SNot related to this pick up location, I was sent here because I reservation I made for Vallejo was cancelled and they tried to send me to pick up in Sonoma. Way too far from me. I finally got this location after corporate complaint. A discount was given but no consideration for the extra miles I had to drive to pick the truck up and tolls attributed to me. Now I am receiving a bill for an additional $8 that I can only think is because of toll. However, I believe I'm the one who should be refunded the cost of toll for which I encountered because I was required to cross and bridge to pick up the truck and then again with the truck. I made a claim and was never called again once I returned the truck in Sacramento one way. I just got a bill balance. How is that?

Guy AReserved the truck online. No problem. Got to the location and they barely spoke English, very hard time understanding them. The guy there did not know what he was doing, kept having to call someone else. Then they kept asking I needed a dolly or blankets.. told them NO several times. Came back to drop off and they wanted to charge me for the dolly and blankets I did NOT request nor received. Explained over and over I didn’t not request nor received neither. Had a very hard time understanding them. Very rude when I asked why I was being charged for items I didn’t request nor received or used.
JEREMY WReally difficult to communicate, demanded info I did not want to give (kids' phone numbers), wouldn't come out from behind the window during the pickup process, which made it difficult. Truck was dusty and dirty inside and only had 1/4 of a tank to start, fortunately we weren't going far. If I had to make a choice, I would not choose this location again.
